About ten years ago, I developed a fascination for sports psychology, which led me to prioritize healthier habits, transition to a plant-based lifestyle, and immerse myself in functional training and athletic development. Shortly after, I began training and coaching both general clients and athletes.
Since then, I’ve earned several certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology.
My primary focus is on assisting athletes in achieving efficient movement by emphasizing proper postural alignment, balanced muscle development, and sport- or position-specific functional training. I am meticulous in my approach, deliberate in my progressions, and dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential while fostering long-term, sustainable habits.
A typical session starts with movement preparation, including warm-up stretches and activations. It then progresses to core engagement and/or plyometric exercises. Finally, the session concludes with sport or position-specific functional training, tailored to the athlete’s goals and needs.
I started my coaching journey with high school volleyball players. After working with several student-athletes, I organized a strength and conditioning bootcamp for a Girls Volleyball Club. Subsequently, I expanded my clientele to athletes from various sports, particularly basketball. I’ve collaborated with both boys’ and girls’ youth basketball players to refine their movement patterns, and with high school players to teach them proper fundamental progressions. Additionally, I have extensive experience in optimizing athletic development with both current and former collegiate athletes. Furthermore, I’ve shadowed sessions involving NBA and WNBA players. Currently, I oversee the strength and conditioning programs for Men’s Basketball and Women’s Water Polo at Los Angeles Valley College. I hold multiple coaching certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in the Kinesiology program at Los Angeles Valley College. In addition, I recently joined EXOS as a Performance Coach. EXOS trains one-third of all NFL Combine draftees, manages the Los Angeles Lakers El Segundo training facility, and provides coaching services to 20% of Fortune 100 companies.
My grandmother, a teacher with over four decades of experience, instilled in me a strong work ethic and a high level of accountability that I still take great pride in.
I take pride in everything I do. As a third-generation teacher and coach, raised by two strong women, I have developed a unique empathetic and passionate approach to sharing the knowledge and lessons I’ve been fortunate enough to learn. Whether it’s youth or professional athletes, I will always provide the same level of care and attention to detail. I believe I would be a strong fit because I genuinely value the coach-athlete relationship and understand its significance in an athlete’s development. I recognize that each athlete has a different learning style, background, and set of strengths, so I approach each individual with a personalized approach.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
