A former MLB player, Justin brings a wealth of baseball experience that sets him apart as a private instructor. A high school All-American and a minor league all-star at every level, he reached the pinnacle of the sport by playing in the MLB from 2018-2021.
Beginning his career with the Tampa Bay Rays, Justin was then traded to the St. Louis Cardinals. In his final year with the Cardinals, he appeared in over 50 games, recording 11 RBIs and a .270 on base percentage. Since then, the outfielder has not seen action in the big leagues, although he has continued to play in the minor leagues as well as the professional Baseball United League that is based in Dubai.
Outside of technical training, Justin’s coaching is rooted in sharpening the mind. He believes that confidence, mental toughness, and a relentless work ethic are just as crucial as physical skill. His sessions blend mechanics, strategy, and situational awareness with focused mental training, helping players perform under pressure and thrive in big-time game situations.

Raised on the competitive baseball fields of Puerto Rico, he began playing Double A baseball at just 15 years old. Coach Rocky later earned a scholarship to play in college, where he became an All-American Independent League selection and won MVP honors. His journey also includes post collegiate competition in California in the SoCal Ameteur Baseball League (SCABL).
With a unique focus on catchers, Coach Rocky knows what it takes to excel behind the plate. He understands that the best catchers must excel in calling the game, blocking balls, and throwing out stealing baserunners.
His coaching philosophy centers on targeted development. Instead of overtraining, he isolates the areas that truly need work while protecting and enhancing an athlete’s strengths. With a Bachelor’s Degree in kinesiology and working towards a Doctorate Degree in chiropractic care, Coach Rocky knows the science and reasoning behind every workout. He’s applied this knowledge in his ongoing work helping improve recovery in California area Single-A baseball players.

Quincy is the epitome of an incredibly versatile player who always puts the team first. At the Division One level, he plays both the infield and outfield as well as hits from both sides of the plate. His experience in all of these roles allows him to help any type of athlete sharpen their technique.
What truly sets Coach Quincy apart is his story of perseverance. After being cut from his high school team as a freshman, he worked relentlessly to walk on to a Division One roster and eventually earned a starting spot, even becoming a captain his senior year. His journey from underdog to multiple-time SWAC Conference champion allows him to effectively relate to athletes that need to face adversity to reach their goals.
Now a college graduate, Quincy has been coaching athletes since high school, helping players of all ages. From athletes just learning how to hit off of the tee to his own college teammates, the California native designs training sessions that are athlete-centered and flexible, incorporating proven progressions that mirror game situations.
