Coach Jonathan

Coach Jonathan is a former college standout turned NFL athlete whose journey embodies perseverance, passion, and gratitude.
The future NFL signee wasn’t a superstar from the beginning. In fact, he began his football career at community college, playing at Garden City and Kilgore College. At this level, he earned All-Conference honors and helped lead his team to a conference championship and a national bowl victory.
Eventually, his talents were recognized by Division 1 programs, and Jonathan transferred to Kansas State in 2019. In his first season, Coach Jonathan made his mark with appearances in all 12 regular-season games. The defensive back was a nightmare to play against, with 25 tackles, a blocked punt, and a forced fumble. Seeking greater opportunity, he signed with UNC Charlotte, where he became a dominant safety. There, he started nine games and recorded 57 tackles, two forced fumbles, two interceptions, and returned one of those picks for a touchdown.
His hard work paid off when the Chicago Bears signed him as an undrafted free agent, bringing his collegiate journey to the next level. Throughout his progression, from community college to the NFL, Jonathan credits every coach along the way. He often compliments their influence, acknowledging how each mentor helps shape his fundamentals, mindset, and character both on and off the field.
Now a coach, Jonathan brings all of that experience and gratitude to his training. He guides athletes through skill development, mental preparation, and on-field decision-making. With firsthand insight into the grind of each competitive level, the Dallas/Fort Worth local knows how to prepare players physically and mentally.
In just two years of coaching, Jonathan has seen athletes go on to achieve great things. Having worked with numerous athletes, over fifteen of them have gone on to play Division 1 and four are in the NFL!
If you’re looking to train with someone who has experienced every step of the ladder and sees the role of a coach as a serious commitment, Coach Jonathan is a mentor who offers NFL-level insight with a personalized touch.

Coach Davaughn

Davaughn is a driven, underdog-turned-scholarship athlete whose journey is inspirational. Hailing from California, he was a standout at El Dorado High School, where he lettered in football and track, earning All-League honors thanks to his ability to return kickoffs and punts for touchdowns. Despite coming into college lightly recruited, he obtained a last-minute walk-on spot at San Diego State, redshirted his first year, and over time became a consistent contributor in the secondary.
Davaughn’s grit paid off. After seasons as a preferred walk-on, he earned a full scholarship for his senior year, despite the long road to success and the setbacks he faced. This was a milestone that was a goal his family helped him work towards, a moment that the East Village Times captured. On the field, he emerged as a reliable safety and special teams player, recording multiple tackles, interceptions, forced fumbles, and even contributing in a bowl-winning effort.
As a coach, Davaughn draws a lot from his experience in how to teach athletes about perseverance, accountability, and underdog mentality. He strives to resemble his college safeties coach, who would always have his back, even during tough times. Coach Davaughn believes that building a strong foundation through fundamentals is key to having success. Believing that there are no shortcuts, he helps players sharpen the basics, understand situational football, and embrace the discipline needed to rise to challenges, in both football and life.
Coach Davaughn makes it a priority to teach his athletes the skills that they can’t get in a group setting. If you’re looking for a coach who’s overcome doubt, battled his way onto the field, and knows what it takes to make the most of every rep and opportunity, Coach Davaughn offers training rooted in the belief that hard work pays off.
