The Partnership will provide Athletes Untapped coaches with access to PCA’s nationally recognized training and development tools.
Athletes Untapped announced a new partnership with Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), a national nonprofit organization focused on developing positive, impactful youth sports environments through coach education and leadership training.
Through the partnership, Athletes Untapped coaches will receive premium access to PCA courses and educational resources designed to strengthen communication, mentorship, leadership, and athlete development skills both on and off the field.
PCA has worked with major organizations across youth and amateur sports, including Little League Baseball, U.S. Soccer Federation, and Jr. NBA. Athletes Untapped said the partnership aligns with its long-term mission of building the most trusted platform for private sports coaching in the country.
“Great coaching impacts far more than skill development,” said Gene Williams, Founder & CEO of Athletes Untapped. “The confidence, mentorship, and life lessons young athletes gain through sports can stay with them forever. Partnering with PCA helps us continue raising the standard for what private coaching should look like.”
Athletes Untapped currently operates a nationwide marketplace connecting families with over 4,000 vetted private coaches across 16 sports. The company said the partnership reflects growing demand from families for coaches who can combine technical instruction with strong leadership and athlete mentorship.
The two organizations plan to collaborate on additional educational initiatives and resources aimed at improving the youth sports experience for athletes, families, and coaches alike.
