Services for Group Improvement or Private Ice Hockey Training
One of the ways we try to meet everyone’s training needs is by offering both group training and private lessons. That allows you to find a coach that can help you or your team surpass perceived limitations and level up!
With group instruction, you can get a coach for groups of any size. Group ice hockey instruction makes it possible to get the benefits of a private coach while helping to spread the cost out over multiple people. On a regular ice hockey team, the coach may be overwhelmed with the different players’ needs. A private group coaching session provides individualized instruction to help with your specific challenges.
Private training is an even better option for many players because they’ll get the coach’s undivided attention. You can ask all the questions you want and get valuable feedback about what you are doing well and where you can improve.
With AU, you can mix and match your ice hockey coaching as your needs change. For example, you can start with group coaching to see how you like our platform and try out a few coaches to see if there is one you like better than another. Then, you can hire that coach on an individual basis to get targeted instruction for your specific challenges. It’s all up to you!
Improve Your Skills With our Knowledgeable Ice Hockey Coaches

Because our coaches have so much experience playing and coaching ice hockey, they can more clearly see your strengths and weaknesses. They can identify where you can improve and provide a detailed map of how to get there.
Customized Ice Hockey Training Programs for All Skill Levels
AU coaches provide customized ice hockey programs for players of all skill levels. Every player is different, even players who have grown up playing together. It’s important for coaches to recognize those differences and account for them when training players.
When you work with one of our ice hockey coaches, you will start by telling them your objectives and how you see your play style right now. Then, you will have a chance to upload a video of your playing for the coach to review. Just from this video, the coach can identify potential issues and start to develop an individualized training program to help you address those issues.
