Coach Mick
Mick brings a deep Philadelphia basketball pedigree to his training sessions, backed by years of experience as both a player and coach. A former All-Star at Thaddeus Stevens College, Mick earned his degree in Sports Management from Temple University and currently serves as the Assistant Coach and Director of Player Development for Immaculata University’s men’s basketball program. His coaching journey includes stints at West Catholic and Philadelphia High School for the Future, where he led JV squads and assisted with varsity teams.

Coach Mac
Coach Mac blends collegiate-level coaching expertise with grassroots training wisdom to help athletes in Philadelphia sharpen their game. A Broomall, PA native and alumnus of Elon University, Ryan later earned his master’s in Sports Business from Temple University. After graduating, he returned to the Philadelphia basketball scene as an assistant basketball coach at St. Joseph’s Prep.
Coach Mac then returned to his alma mater, the Temple Owls, where he served as a graduate manager from 2018-2020, helping the team to an NCAA Tournament appearance. For a brief spell, he moved to Widener University as an assistant coach before returning to Temple in what Aaron McKie’s staff called “a no-brainer”. This time, he was promoted to the team’s video coordinator, beginning in August 2021. In that role, he led a team of twenty student managers in opponent scouting and game film editing.

Coach Soutiri
Known by some as “The Greek Mamba”, Coach Soutiri is a high‑energy, deeply passionate coach whose favorite moment is watching athletes uncover their potential and grow from session to session. Having traveled to Belgium, Germany, and Spain to play this amazing game, he brings a wealth of international experience and insider knowledge that he wholeheartedly shares with his players.
Professionally, he’s been a standout player for the Delco Desperados, a semi-professional basketball team that plays in the ABA (American Basketball Association). Soutiri has notched numerous standout performances, highlighted by his team’s recent 214-point game that grabbed headlines in the Delco Times.
In training, he emphasizes three pillars: skill, mentality, and conditioning. In addition to basketball-specific work, Soutiri sprinkles in strength and speed workouts to improve athleticism to create athletes with more explosive footwork, a higher vertical leap, and greater core stability. In fact, Coach Soutiri is an expert on strength and speed coaching, giving out tips and tricks on his TikTok page. Sessions with Soutiri aren’t just about drills. Instead, they’re about preparing the whole athlete to be strong, fast, and mentally sharp.

Coach Viki
Viki is a standout basketball coach based in West Chester, PA, whose passion and dedication shine through every aspect of her work. A former standout at Eastern University, she was a perennial leader. Coach Viki served as team captain from her sophomore year onward, earned a spot on the athletic honor roll all four years, and won the MAC Conference’s Female Sportsmanship Award as a junior, all while averaging nearly 10 points per game.
Following her collegiate career, Viki began shaping the next generation of players through coaching. She spent three seasons as an assistant with the Delco Goats, a district AAU program, mentoring young athletes both on and off the court. More recently, she stepped into dual roles as Varsity Assistant Coach and JV Head Coach at a local high school.
Viki’s coaching philosophy is built on a strong foundation of fundamentals, positivity, and holistic growth. She famously believes that “hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard,” and instills this mindset in every session.

Coach Derian
Coach Derian is a dedicated, high-energy mentor who loves spending his weekends working with the future stars of the sport. Based in Lansdale, PA, Derian brings a personalized approach to coaching, drawing from his extensive playing experience at the University of Valley Forge and Cairn University. His athletic résumé is extensive, including being named a First Team All-Conference Selection three years in a row, a member of the D3 All-Region team in 2024, and scoring over 1,500 points throughout his collegiate career.
In each session, Derian blends skill development, basketball IQ, and athletic conditioning into a cohesive and dynamic workout. He places a strong emphasis on refining fundamentals like ball handling, shooting mechanics, and footwork before ramping up to game-style drills that challenge athletes to make decisions in real time.
Off the court, Derian serves his community as a counselor, helping others with their emotions and hardships they may be experiencing.
