Due to the nature of our business, paying AU coaches off platform through cash, Venmo, or any other third-party service is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to ensure that all transactions are handled securely and transparently, providing both coaches and clients with the best possible experience. It also helps us maintain a smooth and efficient process for managing bookings and payments, which ultimately benefits everyone involved. While we understand that third-party platforms like Venmo can seem convenient, they do not offer the same level of oversight and protection as the systems we have in place and it won’t allow your coach to get the proper credit for training – which ultimately helps them secure more traffic & bookings.

Our coaches are fully aware of this policy, and they also understand the structure of their partnership with us. The arrangement we offer is straightforward: we split all bookings on an 80/20 basis. This means that coaches receive 80% of the booking fee, while we retain the remaining 20%. The 80% goes directly to the coach for their hard work, dedication, and expertise. Meanwhile, the 20% we retain allows us to continue to invest in resources that help our coaches thrive and grow their businesses. This model ensures that both coaches and AU as a company can benefit from a sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership.

For further background – the reason we take 20% of the booking fee is to support our coaches in ways that would be impossible to achieve without this structure. Our team uses this portion to help coaches find clients, manage their bookings, and provide valuable resources and support that contribute to their success. This business model is what allows AU to keep growing and improving the services we offer, ensuring that coaches have the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. If clients pay off platform, we wouldn’t be able to provide the level of support and assistance that our coaches rely on, and many would struggle to thrive in a competitive environment.
