How do I pay for a lesson?

You’ve found the perfect coach, and you’re excited to start training. So, how do you pay for the lessons? Don’t worry – our booking process is simple & secure! Here’s how to ensure everything is set up smoothly:

Step 1: Find Your Coach’s Booking Link

If you already messaged a coach, navigate to your inbox and find the conversation. At the top, there’s a button that says “Book More Sessions”. Clicking this link will take you right to your coach’s booking page, where you can process the lessons.

If you haven’t messaged a coach yet, navigate to your preferred coach’s profile. There’s a button here that says “Book a Lesson”. Clicking this link will take you right to your coach’s booking page, where you can book the lessons.

Step 2: Enter Payment Information and Billing Details

After you’ve selected the booking request, the next step is to provide your payment and billing information. You’ll be prompted to enter your details, including your payment method and any necessary billing information, so we can process the transaction securely. This step is important to ensure that your payment is accurately processed and your booking is confirmed. Once you’ve input the necessary information, you’ll be able to move on to the next step, where you can confirm everything before finalizing the booking.

Step 3: Review and Confirm Your Booking

Once your payment details are entered, you’ll be presented with a payment summary that outlines the full cost of the lesson. Take a moment to review all of the details, ensuring everything is correct, including the time, date, coach, and payment amount. After confirming that everything is accurate, click the “confirm” button to complete the booking. At this point, your lesson will be officially scheduled, and you’ll be ready to begin your coaching session.

It’s important to note that booking and scheduling through the Athletes Untapped platform is required for all new bookings and re-bookings. We want to maintain the integrity of our community and ensure a smooth process for both coaches and clients. Coaches cannot accept payments through cash, check, or Venmo, as this goes against our community policy. Our platform operates on an 80/20 split, where coaches receive 80% of all bookings, and the remaining 20% helps fund our marketing and technology to keep the platform running smoothly. This business model ensures that we can continue offering top-quality service and help all coaches and clients focus on what really matters: training and success!
