We understand that sometimes, despite best efforts, situations can arise that may prevent a coach from attending a scheduled lesson. While cancellations are rare, we want to ensure that you’re not left in a difficult situation if they do happen. If your coach needs to cancel a lesson, the lesson will be reverted to a credit onto your account. All you have to do is access your calendar, find the lesson, and hit ‘cancel’ – this puts it back onto your account as a credit. This credit can then be used to schedule another lesson with the same coach or another coach in the future.
How to Use Your Credit
Using your credit in the future is the same as scheduling any other lesson. Coordinate the date & time with your coach and send the request via your calendar. Once your coach accepts, you’re good to go!
Tips for Smooth Scheduling
To minimize disruptions and scheduling conflicts, we recommend that both coaches and athletes reserve multiple lessons upfront on their AU calendar. By scheduling multiple lessons in advance, you can avoid the hassle of constantly coordinating schedules and make the most of your training sessions. This way, if any changes occur, the impact is minimized, and you can focus on your training goals without the stress of rescheduling each time.
