Can I receive a refund?

Our team is made up of former coaches, athletes, and sports parents – so we understand how busy and unpredictable family life can be. These policies are designed to feel supportive and flexible for your family, while also respecting the time and preparation our coaches dedicate to your athlete.

If a coach ever misses a lesson, you can cancel it directly from your calendar and receive a full credit to reschedule. If that coach is no longer the right fit, you may request a refund or we’ll transfer you to another coach with guaranteed availability at no additional cost. For family cancellations, we offer a 4-hour reschedule window (not 12) because we know schedules change. With more than 4 hours’ notice, you can reschedule with no loss of credit. Within 4 hours, the session is deducted, as coaches reserve that time specifically for you.

If a coach becomes unresponsive and you’d prefer not to wait, our team will step in immediately. We’ll credit any affected session and help match you with another qualified coach. If needed, we’ll personally recruit and vet a new coach based on your preferences within 14 days. If we’re unable to provide a suitable replacement — or you’d rather not continue — you’re eligible for a full refund. And if after your first lesson the coach isn’t the right fit, we’ll apply that session as a credit toward a better match.

All subscription packages renew monthly and add four lessons on your renewal date. You can cancel anytime before renewal to avoid the next charge. Renewed payments are non-refundable, but your lesson credits remain on your account for 12 months and can be used with any coach, in any sport, for any athlete — giving your family full flexibility.
