The first sign that you’ve completed all onboarding steps is when you no longer see the three onboarding steps on your dashboard. These notifications will inform you if any steps are still pending. Once all three notifications are cleared, it indicates that you’ve completed the necessary tasks, but you can still double-check for more detailed confirmation.

2. Check Your Profile Profile

Log into your account and carefully review your profile to make sure every section is filled out completely. Check that your bio, training locations, availability, experiences, custom URL, and photos are all updated.

3. Check Your Payments Tab

Next, go to the ‘Payments’ tab and confirm that all four pricing options are listed and saved. Make sure each pricing tier is accurate and reflects your preferences for lessons, as this is an essential part of your profile setup. Then, click on ‘Set Up Payments’ to ensure that your payout information is correctly synced with Stripe. This step ensures that you’re able to receive payments for the lessons you book.

4. Check Your Email for Background Check

Finally, verify that you’ve received an email confirming your background check submission from Certn.co. This email serves as proof that your background check has been successfully processed and approved.
