Payment Process Overview
Our payment process is simple and secure. When a client books lessons, they are required to pay for the full amount upfront. This payment is processed and securely handled by Athletes Untapped.
Coach Payment Process
As a coach, to receive payment after scheduling and completing lessons, follow these steps:
- Access your calendar from the website or mobile app.
- Select the lesson you’ve completed.
- Click the “Complete” button.
This will trigger the payout from our system to your account. Please note, it typically takes 2-3 business days for Stripe (our payment processor) to process the payout. Additionally, your lesson must be accepted by the client before you can mark it as complete. Be sure to remind clients to accept lesson requests to avoid delays!
Managing Your Schedule
To ensure smooth payments, it’s essential that all coaches use the calendar feature for scheduling and tracking lessons. By accurately managing your bookings in the calendar, you ensure that all lessons are properly recorded, making the payment process seamless. This helps prevent confusion and ensures that your availability is always up-to-date. It’s also your responsibility to mark completed lessons, ensuring timely payouts.
Payment Policy: No Off-Platform Transactions
To maintain transparency, security, and trust, coaches are prohibited from accepting payments outside of the Athletes Untapped platform for any new or re-booked lessons. This policy ensures that all financial transactions are securely processed within our system.
Any coach found taking clients off-platform for payments will be subject to a strict one-strike policy. This is to protect both coaches and clients, and to maintain the integrity of our platform. By keeping all transactions within the Athletes Untapped ecosystem, we can continue to provide a reliable and secure experience for both coaches and athletes.
