As a coach, to get paid once you’ve scheduled & completed lessons – access your calendar, select the specific lesson you just finished, and simply click the “complete” button. This action will trigger the payout from our system to your account, ensuring that you are compensated for your hard work. It usually takes about 2-3 business days for Stripe (our payment processor) to process the payout.

To ensure the payment process runs smoothly, it’s crucial for all Athletes Untapped coaches to use the calendar feature and keep it as your source of truth for scheduling. By accurately managing your bookings through the calendar, you ensure that all lessons are properly recorded and tracked, making the payment process seamless. The calendar helps you keep track of every lesson, avoiding any confusion or discrepancies, and provides a clear overview of your availability. This way, you’ll always know when your lessons are scheduled, and when it’s time to mark them as complete for payouts.

It’s important to note that, as part of our payment policy, Athletes Untapped coaches are not allowed to accept payments outside of the platform for any new or re-booked lessons. This policy helps us maintain transparency, security, and trust between coaches and clients, and ensures that all financial transactions are processed through our secure platform. To enforce this, we have a strict one-strike policy for coaches who are found to be taking clients off-platform for payments. This is done to protect both coaches and clients and to maintain the integrity of our platform. By keeping all payments within the Athletes Untapped ecosystem, we can continue to offer a reliable, secure, and smooth experience for both coaches and athletes.
