Can I Split Payments for Lessons with Another Athlete?

How Payments Work

All lesson payments are processed securely through our platform to ensure smooth and reliable transactions for both athletes and coaches. Currently, we do not offer an option to split a single lesson payment between multiple athletes; each athlete must book and pay for their lessons individually through their own account. That said, some clients will ‘go in’ on lessons with other families and athletes. In this case, one parent/person pays for the lessons upfront, and they handle splitting up the payment themselves. This structure maintains transparency, avoids potential payment disputes, and ensures that each lesson is properly recorded under the correct athlete’s profile.

Booking Lessons Individually

To book a lesson, each athlete should follow the standard booking process and complete their payment separately. This approach guarantees accurate tracking of each athlete’s progress, allowing coaches to tailor lessons to individual skill levels and development needs. By keeping payments separate, we provide clear records of each athlete’s training history, facilitating effective monitoring of improvements over time. Why We Have This Policy

Our goal is to create a structured and effective coaching experience, and requiring individual payments for each athlete supports this mission. When athletes pay separately, it ensures that coaches are fairly compensated for their time and expertise, avoiding complications related to shared payments. Additionally, our platform’s payment system is designed to provide transparency and prevent issues such as partial payments, payment delays, or confusion over booking responsibilities. Maintaining individualized payments allows for a smoother experience and upholds the integrity of our coaching services.
