Cancellations, Refunds, and Booking Modifications
Single or Package Bookings
At Athletes Untapped, we prioritize our customers and understand that plans can change. Below are the details of our cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.
Change of Heart: We recognize that sometimes circumstances shift unexpectedly. If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We’ll provide a refund – no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to support your learning journey.
The AU Guarantee: We aim to deliver a rewarding learning experience. If your first lesson doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out to us within 24 hours of the first lesson and we’ll work to resolve the issue—whether that means matching you with a different coach or providing a refund for your lesson. Your feedback is important, and we strive to address any concerns promptly. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours of the first lesson, completed lessons are only available as credits to use towards another coach.
Extenuating Circumstances: If unforeseen events arise after your booking, let us know and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please note that outside of the 24-hour window – refunds for initial purchases are generally not available except in cases of extenuating circumstances, and completed lessons are typically not eligible for refunds unless exceptional conditions apply.
Unused Lessons (Credits): Purchased lessons are valid for up to 12 months from the purchase date. After that, any unused lessons will expire.
Weekly Recurring Subscription
Athletes Untapped offers a subscription package to help reduce the cost of weekly lessons. In addition to the policies above, please note the following regarding subscriptions:
Auto Renewals: Subscriptions will automatically renew on the original purchase date. For instance, if you purchase on October 1st, it will renew on November 1st.
Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will take effect at the next renewal date. Refunds are available within 24 hours of the initial purchase. After that period, you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, but refunds for late cancellations or missed cancellations are not available.
Lesson Credits: Subscriptions cover one lesson per week for the duration of the subscription. If a lesson doesn’t occur one week, that credit can be used for future lessons. Unused credits can be rescheduled for up to 12 months, after which they will expire.
Changing Coaches or Transferring Unused Lesson Credits: If you’re not satisfied with your coach or wish to switch skills, you can transfer your subscription to another coach. If you cancel your subscription and have unused credits, those can also be applied to lessons with a different coach. Please contact support for assistance with transfers. Note that additional costs will apply if the new coach’s rate is higher.
Booking Modifications
Athletes and Coaches are responsible for any mutually agreed-upon modifications to lesson bookings, whether made through the Athletes Untapped platform or via customer service.
