I help athletes improve their mental game by providing individualized, evidence-based mental performance training tailored to each athletes' unique needs, sport, and life demands. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with athletes to build awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and responses under pressure, and develop practical skills such as focus, confidence, emotional regulation, and effective self-talk. Through a blend of mental skills training, psychological flexibility, and real-world application, athletes learn how to perform consistently, even when stress, doubt, or discomfort are present, while strengthening resilience, self-trust, and overall well-being.
I meet with athletes online. A typical training session with me is highly individualized, with each session intentionally tailored to the athlete’s specific needs, goals, and sport context. Sessions typically begin with a brief check-in and grounding to support focus and regulation, followed by targeted mental performance training addressing areas such as confidence, anxiety, emotional regulation, consistency, or burnout prevention. I integrate evidence-based mental skills, ACT- and CBT-informed approaches, and experiential or creative strategies to ensure the work is both personalized and directly applicable. Each session emphasizes meaningful, real-world application, so athletes leave with clear, customized tools they can immediately use in training and competition.

My background includes master’s degrees in Sports Psychology and Art Therapy and a PsyD in Sports and Performance Psychology. I have over 10 years extensive experience working with diverse clinical populations. In addition to private practice work, I coach high school girls track and cross country, allowing me to bridge theory and real-world sport environments. I founded Zendurance Mind Performance to provide accessible, holistic mental training that integrates mental health and performance psychology. My work is grounded in ACT- and CBT-informed approaches, experiential and creative interventions, and a strong emphasis on sustainable excellence over perfection.
The best coach I ever had was my high school assistant coach. He saw me as more than an athlete. He saw potential in me long before I could see it in myself. He encouraged me, helped me grow into a leader, and intentionally developed the values I already carried, such as determination, perseverance, persistence, resilience, and diligence. His belief in me helped me reach my goals and ultimately shaped the career path I’m on today. Years later, I had the rare full-circle experience of coaching alongside him until his retirement, which continues to influence how I show up for the athletes I work with now. I will forever be grateful to Coach Arnold for helping me to become the woman, coach, and athlete I am today.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
