About Me:

I’ve worked inside high-level Division I basketball programs in roles focused on player development, performance support, and daily operations. Through that experience, I’ve seen firsthand how confidence, focus, and preparation impact performance just as much as physical skill.

I’m passionate about helping athletes develop the mental side of their game in a way that’s practical, relatable, and transferable to competition. My approach is supportive and process-driven, and I aim to create a space where athletes feel comfortable learning, reflecting, and growing.

How I can help you improve your game:

I help athletes improve confidence, focus, and consistency by teaching practical mental performance skills they can use in real game situations. This includes building pre-performance routines, managing pressure, improving emotional control, and developing stronger self-awareness.

Whether you’re dealing with nerves, overthinking, inconsistency, or confidence swings, I work with you to create clear strategies and habits that support better decision-making and performance when it matters most.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Each session is structured, individualized, and interactive. We start by checking in on recent performances, challenges, or goals. From there, we focus on one or two specific mental skills like focus, confidence, routines, or pressure management, then we work on applying them to your sport.

Sessions often include discussion, reflection, simple exercises, and actionable takeaways you can immediately use in practice and competition. My goal is for every session to feel clear, purposeful, and directly connected to your performance.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I’ve worked in high-level Division I basketball environments in roles supporting player development, performance preparation, and daily team operations. My experience includes assisting with film analysis, scouting, practice planning, and athlete support at the collegiate level. Alongside team settings, I’ve worked one-on-one with athletes to help them develop confidence, focus, consistency, and better performance habits. I am currently pursuing advanced education in sport and performance psychology and working toward CMPC certification, with a focus on applied mental skills training for athletes.

Best coach I ever had:

The best coach I’ve ever had was my youth travel basketball coach who emphasized preparation, accountability, and trust. They created environments where athletes felt supported but challenged, and where the process mattered just as much as the outcome. That balance has strongly influenced how I coach today. My time with Coach Stan helped truly enhance my confidence not only within the sport, but off the court as well, as he was truly one of the most empowering people I've had the pleasure to surround myself with.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I care deeply about the athlete as a person, not just as a performer. I believe confidence and consistency are built through clear structure, honest communication, and practical skills athletes can rely on under pressure.

I aim to create a supportive, professional environment where athletes feel comfortable learning and growing, while parents can trust that sessions are purposeful, age-appropriate, and focused on long-term development. My goal is always to help athletes feel more confident, prepared, and in control when they compete.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
