Basketball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—I picked up a ball at 3 years old and never looked back. I was honored to be named All-Metro in high school and earned a college offer to play at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. But I chose to attend Auburn University, where I joined the women’s basketball program as a scout team captain and summer skill developer.
During my time at Auburn, I had the privilege of learning under Olympic gold medalist Coach Nell Fortner. I saw firsthand what it takes to build a winning culture, as we went from last in the SEC to first. After five incredible years at Auburn, I returned to Huntingdon—this time on the coaching staff—where we helped turn a struggling program into a record-setting 18-win team in just three seasons.
From there, I began training athletes locally, eventually stepping into my current role at Leeds High School as the Player Development Coach. In the past four years, we’ve made two Sweet Sixteen appearances, and I couldn’t be prouder of the growth and grit our players have shown.
Beyond the court, I’m a proud parent of four amazing kids—three boys and one girl—ranging in age from 9 to 2. My greatest joy is helping young athletes chase their next level, just like I’ve been chasing mine since I was a toddler with a basketball.
I know that every player is on their own journey, but everyone has a next level they can reach—and that’s where I come in.
Whether you’re building confidence with fundamentals or sharpening elite-level skills, I meet you where you are and tailor every session to your growth. I’ve seen what it takes to turn programs around, develop championship habits, and help players maximize their potential—because I’ve done it at every level, from Auburn to Leeds High School.
My approach blends personal experience, proven coaching strategies, and a deep love for the game. I care about the whole player—not just the stats. If you’re ready to put in the work, I’ll give you the tools, structure, and mindset to level up and love the process.
Every session I run is unique—designed specifically around your skill set, mindset, and what you need to take the next step. My training isn’t just about reps; it’s about real-game performance, both mentally and physically.
Basketball is a fast, unpredictable game. To play it at a high level, you’ve got to anticipate, adapt, and react. That’s why every drill we do is tied to an in-game situation. You won’t just learn how to do something—you’ll understand why it matters and when to use it.
Whether you’re working on decision-making, shot selection, footwork, or defensive reads, the goal is always the same: to help you become a smarter, more confident, more complete player. If you’re ready to grow, I’m here to guide that journey.

The game
First and foremost, I care deeply about the development of the person just as much as the player. Skills, strength, and strategy are important—but character, confidence, and work ethic carry even more weight in the long run.
I believe that the greater the person becomes, the farther the athlete can go. That’s why I focus on building not only basketball IQ, but also resilience, discipline, and leadership—on and off the court.
When your child trains with me, they’re not just learning how to get better at basketball. They’re learning how to handle adversity, how to communicate, how to stay accountable, and how to chase excellence in every part of life. My goal is to help them grow into well-rounded athletes and even better people.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
