I am a Certified Personal Trainer, USPA Powerlifting Coach, and 20-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran with extensive experience developing athletes of all levels. Over the past 8 years, I’ve coached youth flag football, worked in strength & conditioning for a semi-pro football team, and trained countless athletes to become stronger, faster, and more resilient. I specialize in offensive and defensive line development, athletic performance training, and helping players build the confidence and physical ability needed to dominate on the field.

What a Training Session Looks Like (60 Minutes)
Every session follows a structured formula to maximize skill and athletic development:
1️⃣ Warm-Up & Mobility (10 min)
Dynamic stretches, joint prep, movement activation
2️⃣ Core & Stability Work (5 min)
Trunk strength for power and injury prevention
3️⃣ Footwork & Skill Drills (15 min)
Position-specific technique — first-step quickness, leverage, hand work, block shedding, etc.
4️⃣ Strength / Power Block (20 min)
Explosive movements, functional strength, lineman-focused force production
5️⃣ Conditioning Finisher (10 min)
High-intensity drills to build football-ready endurance

I have dedicated my life to athletic performance, leadership, and developing competitors on and off the field. I played both football and wrestling for 3 years in high school, where I built the foundation for my work ethic and love for competition. After graduating, I continued playing football for 4 years in the United States Marine Corps while serving from 2004 to 2024. Alongside a 20-year military career, I spent 8+ years coaching and training athletes — including youth flag football, strength & conditioning for the Virginia Rhinos (2017–2020), and private athlete development. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2018 and a USPA Powerlifting Coach in 2022. My experience leading Marines in physical training and fitness standards for over a decade has strengthened my coaching philosophy: discipline, preparation, and confidence drive success. Today, I specialize in helping athletes — especially offensive and defensive linemen — increase strength, explosiveness, mobility, and football fundamentals to reach their full performance potential.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
