Why Train With Me?

A former professional player and NCAA coach, who enthusiastically believes that every player can reach their potential with the right trainer. After a stellar Division I basketball career, I played 10 years in Europe's top leagues, and was later a lead assistant coach at the NCAA level. I love teaching the finer points of the game, while pushing players of all ages toward their goals.

Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I had was Chris Finch with the Great Britain National Team, who is the current head coach of the Minnesota Timberwolves. He was detailed and thorough, treated players fairly and encouraged players with clear directions.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I believe that to be successful as a basketball player you have to dedicate yourself to the journey of improvement. With a long professional and coaching track record, I've proven I understand what it takes for athletes to become the best version of themselves.

Former coach at Caltech, an NCAA D3 institution. During my first year, we had our best record in 68 years. I coached 4 All-Conference players during my tenure and was part of the winningest period in school history.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I'm a coach who pushes his players with clear, concise directives, while maintaining an encouraging environment. I've learned and developed professional level drills, that build confidence, improve skills, and ultimately allow players to gain an advantage over their competition.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical session involves pro-level drills, lots of movement and skill work. Each session will be tailored to each individual athlete, with the idea of improving on weaknesses and learning new skills that can transform your game.
