I’m a former varsity track and field and cross-country athlete with experience in jumps, sprints, and distance events. I’m passionate about helping athletes discover their strengths, build confidence, and reach their competition goals. I love creating a positive, motivating environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and understood.
I can help you improve by creating personalized training sessions that target your specific event, goals, and skill level. Whether you’re working on jumps, sprints, or distance, I’ll focus on developing your technique, strength, explosiveness, and overall efficiency. I provide consistent feedback, hands-on demonstrations, and adjustments throughout each session to make sure you’re progressing safely and effectively. My goal is to help you build confidence, sharpen your mechanics, and prepare you to perform your best in practices, meets, and competitions.
If we are starting with our first session, we would start with dynamic warm-ups, discussing the goals for upcoming meets or competitions, and based on that, I would have a few different workouts in mind and pick one that I believe would best optimize your time and get you where you need to be.
After our first session together, we would start our training with dynamic warm-ups again and prep your body for the workout ahead by focusing on your agility and coordination. Depending on the event of your focus, we would target drills for that. For jumps specifically, we would do some plyometric circuits designed to focus on explosiveness. For sprints, we would most likely do a short interval track workout followed by sprinting mechanics and block starts. For distance, it would be similar to a sprinting workout, but a longer interval track workout followed by core and strength circuit. I would provide feedback throughout, and may even join in with you or demonstrate things if need be!
All workouts end with a cooldown and recovery, while I discuss with you what I believe our future moves are and your progress. I want what's best for you, and feedback and honest conversation with each other will do just that!
Varsity track and field and varsity cross country athlete all four years of high school. 3× Second Team All-Conference, 1x High Jump Sectional Champion, multiple times placing top 3 and top 6 in the high jump, long jump, and triple jump at Sectionals and Counties. 2x 4x4 placement at Sectionals.
Throughout my high school career, I had a few different coaches, one for jumps, one for distance, and one for sprints. Each taught me unique skills and techniques, so overall I cannot say I've only had one best coach. They all equally played an important role in my life, and I hope to do the same for future athletes. I know I may never be someone's best coach, but as long as I can be a part of their journey in helping them succeed and being the best they can be, I would be honored.
I’m dedicated, patient, and fully invested in every athlete I work with. I take the time to understand your goals, your strengths, and where you want to improve so I can tailor every session to your needs. I’m a firm believer in encouragement paired with honest, constructive feedback, and I always make sure athletes feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their abilities.
I’m not just here to run workouts — I’m here to guide you, challenge you, and help you become the best version of yourself both on and off the track. Communication is extremely important to me, so parents and athletes can always expect openness, clarity, and genuine care from me.

Meet your coach in-person or virtually, and start chasing down your goals!
If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.
Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.

All AU coaches are required to pass a thorough onboarding process and we proudly showcase a 10% acceptance rate, so you can trust you're training with the best.
At the end of the day, our mission is to provide athletes with better opportunities to succeed through coaching. You won't find a platform, and group of dedicated specialists, more excited to help you achieve your athletic goals!
