Hey there! After graduating from Sacred Heart this past May, I'm looking to stay involved in the game and train young athletes aspiring to take their game to the next level! After winning four state championships at LaSalle Academy playing midfield/attack and playing club ball for Laxachusetts, I saw the field all four years at Sacred Heart University playing transition/defensive midfield. I was voted a team captain for my junior and senior seasons. My success would not come without my dedication to intense speed training, powerful shooting mechanics, attention to detail in the weight room, footwork training, and focusing on specific stick-work drills. I am hoping to not only help young athletes improve their overall agility, lacrosse IQ, and stick skills but also provide them with deep insight into what it takes to find success at the Division 1 level of lacrosse, which goes beyond the work put on the field. My plan would be to take you through the full circle of agility and conditioning preparation, stick work preparation, off-field mobility/pre-hab, weight lifting tips, recruiting tips, leadership tips, and even off-field film sessions as well! I wish I had something like Athletes Untapped when I was growing up, and look forward to working with ambitious young lacrosse players!

I am aware of specific footwork and plyometric drills that are going to help players either improve their dodging technique as offensive players or footwork speed as defensive players. Being a two-way middie my whole career has let me see the skills needed to excel on both sides of the ball. Also, many fundamental shooting and stick work mechanics will be implemented at the same levels we execute them during our Division 1 practices.
10 minutes of a dynamic workout
10 minutes of short speed, burst, sprint work
10 minutes of warm-up stick work
15-20 minutes of footwork/ agility work with stick and ball in hand
15-20 minutes of progression into dynamic dodging drills, footwork drills, with stickwork and shooting skills incorporated
Other sessions could range from strictly shooting and stick work mechanics, or more conditioning-focused with a larger focus on speed work. All of these drills will be implemented from the strength and conditioning practiced learned from four years of experience training with strength and conditioning coaches at the D1 level.
I have coached at the youth levels throughout my career, recently coaching 5th graders in New Cannan, CT.
Steven O'donnel coached me throughout my youth career and while I was at LaSalle Academy in high school. Coach OD would push us to our limits, and taught us that becoming a champion takes sacrifice and doing the things that no one else wants to do. He made me understand that there is more to sports than just raw talent and skill. Hard work and discipline is the true key to success, and there is a reason why LaSalle has won 11 championships in a row.
My whole career has been hard work and discipline. I was never the flashiest player, and I had to put in loads of extra time even up until the last playoff push of my career in college. My goal would be to not only show your athlete how to improve their overall lacrosse skill set but to teach them what it takes to truly separate themselves from the pack and work hard towards their dreams.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.
