About Me:

I’m a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for helping athletes unlock their full potential—on and off the field. With a background in baseball, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, and track and field I specialize in developing explosive speed, functional strength, and the kind of athletic performance that translates directly into game-day results.

Whether you're training for a specific sport, aiming to earn a starting spot, or just looking to get faster, stronger, and more confident—I create customized programs that meet you where you are and push you to the next level. My coaching combines proven methods, data-driven progress tracking, and a high-energy environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and motivated to grow.

If you are looking to make varsity, dominate on game day, or simple gain a competitive edge, speed is the difference maker- and I can help you get there!

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Each session is designed to maximize performance and get real results, fast.

1. Dynamic Warm-Up (10–15 min):

We start with mobility, activation drills, and movement prep to get the body primed for peak performance and injury prevention.

2. Speed & Agility Work (15–20 min):

This includes sprint mechanics, acceleration drills, change of direction, and reaction-based training—all tailored to your sport.

3. Strength Training (20–30 min):

We build explosive strength through functional lifts, bodyweight movements, and resistance training focused on power, control, and athletic performance.

4. Conditioning or Finishers (10 min):

Depending on your sport and goals, we’ll finish with game-like conditioning or a short, intense finisher to push your limits.

5. Cooldown & Recovery (5 min):

Light mobility work and stretching to help your body recover, reset, and stay ready for the next session.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I’m a former college athlete and team captain of my college basketball team, where I developed a deep understanding of the discipline, work ethic, and mindset it takes to compete at a high level. That experience fuels my coaching style today—focused, intentional, and results-driven. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and training a wide range of athletes, including 6 Division I athletes across multiple sports. I specialize in strength, speed, and athletic development, helping athletes break plateaus, stay healthy, and gain a competitive edge. Whether it’s helping a young athlete build confidence or guiding an elite performer toward their next big goal, my mission is always the same: to bring out the absolute best in every athlete I work with.

The best coach I ever had was my varsity basketball coach. He didn’t just teach the game—he taught discipline, accountability, and how to lead by example. He pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of and believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. That experience shaped who I am as a coach today. I bring that same level of passion, personal investment, and high standards to every athlete I work with. My goal isn’t just to make you stronger or faster—it’s to help you become the kind of athlete, teammate, and person who stands out on and off the court or field.

Every athlete is different, which is why I build custom programs based on their sport, goals, and current ability. My focus is always on long-term development—not just quick fixes. I emphasize proper technique, injury prevention, and building the mental toughness needed to succeed in sports and in life.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.
