I’m a sports performance coach specializing in speed work and strength training. Having competed as an athlete myself, I know what it feels like to experience both the highs and lows of competition and the constant pursuit of improvement. I love helping athletes navigate the mental side of training and competition so they can truly unlock their potential.
Being both a mother and a coach brings a unique perspective that allows me to care for athletes as people first, focusing on full development: mind, body, and confidence. I also serve as the owner of a track and field club where I coach and mentor athletes in the sport I love.
I can help you improve through individualized programming designed specifically around your goals and needs. Together, we will build strength through proper lifting technique and progressive overload, helping you become more powerful and explosive. We will also refine your biomechanics and increase speed through focused work on acceleration, agility, and multidirectional movement.
We would begin each session with a weekly check-in to assess where you are physically and mentally. The result of this conversation may tweak the workout of the day. From there, the session would typically follow the outline below:
- Dynamic Warmup (Raise the body temperature, Dynamic Stretching, Speed Drills)
- Plyometrics
- Speed Performance (Acceleration, Deceleration, Change of Direction)
- Strength Training
- Cool Down
- Debrief and discuss gameplan for next sessions
My background in athletics laid the foundation for my career in coaching and performance development. After participating in basketball, track, and cheerleading in high school, I went on to compete in track and field at the University of Dayton. I was a short sprinter (55m–200m) and served as co-captain of the team. Motivated to give back to the sport, I founded a track club in my hometown, where I serve as owner and head coach. The club has since produced numerous All-American athletes. Additionally, I hold a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and have extensive experience developing athletes from early youth through the professional level. My work includes building comprehensive strength and conditioning programs and improving key performance attributes such as speed, power, agility, change of direction and conditioning in private, high school, and collegiate settings.
I have been blessed with some of the most amazing coaches. Each of them enriched my life and athletic development in unique ways. All 3 of my high school coaches pushed me to believe more about my future than I could see on my own. They not only had a wealth of experience in elite coaching, but they were also relational and cared for me as they would a daughter. I would not have pursued college track if it were not for them.
In college, my track and strength coaches raised my ceiling of growth to the next level. Through my track coach, I learned that my sprinting form was subpar and began the work of understanding how to fine-tune my technique. These same coaching strategies I have now carried on to improve the sprinting form of my athletes. It was the interaction and growth a experienced with my college strength coach which sparked my passion for strength and conditioning.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that athletes are individuals with great purpose beyond sport. Recognizing this brings freedom to the training environment and allows athletes to approach competition with confidence and joy. Through consistent effort and intentional development, my ultimate goal is to help my athletes grow physically, mentally, and emotionally, maximizing both performance and personal growth. I enjoy the teaching aspect of the coaching title just as much as I would enjoy winning.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.
Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.
AU was created by former collegiate and professional athletes. We understand the benefits of training with a private coach. It develops discipline, boosts confidence, and provides an undeniable advantage - whether you are just learning the game or looking to earn a college scholarship. All AU coaches are required to pass a thorough onboarding process and we proudly showcase a 10% acceptance rate, so you can trust you're training with the best.
At the end of the day, our mission is to provide athletes with better opportunities to succeed through coaching. You won't find a platform, and group of dedicated specialists, more excited to help you achieve your athletic goals!
