I plan on developing the athlete to their desire goal. I expect maximum effort from the athletes I train and hold myself to the same standard. My background as previous captain of Caldwell University's baseball team, a member of several travel teams ranging from Maryland all the way to California, and an athlete that has pursued several MLB partner leagues, I bring a lot of knowledge to the table regarding what scouts of all levels are seeking (i.e., high school, college, and professional). I have several connections to players who are currently playing at all levels including professional. Therefore, I can implement what I see from them into my teaching to help athletes maximize growth in a way that is not only effective but efficient.

Before my high school career, I got a baseball scholarship to play at Archbishop Curley High School. I was a two-year varsity starter on the baseball team. I also played JV basketball in my freshman year. During the rest of my time there, we won the MIAA A conference baseball championship in my senior year, and I played a big part in the success, with a batting average of 415—and six home runs. During the summer, I was invited and selected to play in the Brook Robinson All-Star game at Camden Yards. After that, I got a baseball and academic scholarship at Caldwell University. The baseball program was a D2 program. While there, I was a good player. I was selected 2x for honor player of the week and baseball team captain in my senior year. After college, I now have the popular to help shape and train the younger generation.
To improve an athlete's game is to guide them into having a strong mentality and practicing baseball daily. You can be the best player on your team, but if you don't have the mental capacity to accept failure, the athlete won't be successful. Therefore, I will give them tips and treat practice like its game day because success will translate into the game.

I was requested to assist at a 7u–14u training camp when I was 18 years old, and that is how my coaching career began. That added up in college when I was asked to assist with high school coaching. Also, while I was training, when I was getting ready for camps, I would have parents come up to me and ask me to train their kids after my hitting session. I have expertise coaching athletes of all ages, so I know what is required to ensure they meet their goals.
My best coach besides my dad is the Baltimore Orioles Hall of Famer, Mr. Al Bumbry. I met Mr. Bumbry in the summer of 2021, and he trained me for a month. After that month, with all the knowledge I had, I had an exceptional year. I was ranked 4th in triples in the whole CACC conference. Also, I had the best hitting season in my college career with no injuries. So his knowledge and help made me a better ball player where. I can take his teaching and pass it on.
I am a 25-year-old former collegiate D2 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and two minors in sociology and business administration. I also have my master's in integrated homeland security management and am well aware that academics play a significant role in the young athlete's career. Also, I am the Archbishop Curley Hitting Coach/Outfield Coach
