I have played sports all my life from elementary to college my main sports were football and track & field but I also played basketball and baseball. Back at home in Fresno I worked as a coach for high school, middle school, elementary school, and one year at the collegiate level. I also worked as a trainer for training facilities called Athletic Performance and T1 sports. I can help improve on speed, agility, explosiveness, catching , and route running. I have many years of experience teaching speed and agility drills also endurance workouts. Even teaching just small things mental things and improving mentally as far as understanding defense and offensive schemes for football. Understanding an athletes body so you know when to push harder or fall back on some workouts.
A typical training session we would start off with nice warm ups I like to take my time on getting the blood flowing and the body warm. I try not to overwhelm athletes especially if they’re younger but I would come in knowing what areas were going to work on today so let’s say we were going to work the route tree for football. After warm ups we will come together discuss how it’s going to go then start out light working each route at half speed just to get a good feel for things. Once I feel we are ready and it’s time to kick it up a notch we will go through each route at full speed I will be tweaking things inland coaching in between each route so the athlete can understand what focus on on each route. Once we get through all the routes we will cool down with a very slow lap and some stretching then end every practice with some catches from about 10 yards away before leaving the field. Also I like to debrief after sessions to see how the athlete feels and what they’re thinking and ask them questions. There are breaks for waters in between everything

Best coach I ever had was an Ex Olympic runner for France. His name was Calixte. Coach calixte came in from day one with an attitude of give me your all or leave. He changed things right away as far as rules and the way we practice. He made practice 100 times harder by training us as Olympic athletes. My favorite thing he did was make a three strike rule which was if you miss 3 or more practices without a couple days notice and a valid excuse. you can no longer be apart of the team. Not only did I quickly find out what type of athlete I was but also what type of person I was. His style of coaching was harsh but the life lessons he taught over shadowed all of it. He was more than a coach he was more like a mentor and a life coach.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
