Having played various levels of collegiate volleyball and beach volleyball, I know what it takes to improve on and off the court. Where I didn't compete in any other sports collegiately, I have experience in tumbling and trampoline, swim, and track and field. I have a degree in exercise science to soon become a personal trainer and sport performance coach.

Starting competitive volleyball at 8 years old, I started out as a setter. by 13 years old, I played libero, middle and set for three separate teams in one club season. In 9th grade, I started as the varsity libero at Green Canyon High School, and in club season I was a right side, libero and a setter once again. By 10th grade I started as one of the varsity outsides for Sky View High School, where we won the state tournament in straight sets for 4A in Utah. That club season, I pursued my path of being an outside/libero for mutliple teams once again, before my junior year where we placed 3rd at state, and I earned Herald Journal All Valley Player of the Year. The following club season was covid, but I spent what time we had playing outside and I commited to play libero for Utah State University. In 2020, we won 4A state and I recieved the Herald Journal All-Valley Player of the year again. My senior season in club consisted of playing whatever position I was needed for.
At USU in 2021, we won the Mountain West Conference for the first time in USU's history. In 2022, I transferred to USU Eastern to play outside, and we finished 10th in the nation. In 2023, I continued my education and my pursuit as an outside hitter at the College of Idaho, where we made it to the openning round of nationals for the first time since before the epidemic. I began my first ever beach volleyball season that following spring in 2024, and finished my indoor career in December 2024, at the NAIA nationals final site, finishing 17th out of 261 programs. I'm going to play my final collegiate season and my degree this Spring in April, 2025. Below is a list of all awards won, excluding in-team ones.

I believe the best way to help those improve their game is prioritizing the fundamentals; advanced movments are the basic movments done correctly. By adjusting skills and movements to be more simple, bad habits can be broken and good habits can be built through effectice repition. By the end of the training, I aim to have the athlete recognize what they did wrong in their skill(s) or movement, and recognize what they did right, so they can learn to make self adjustments.
A training session for volleyball is generally between 1-2 hours, though I don't recommend more than 90 minutes for one singular athlete. I recommend the athlete shows up 10 minutes early to put their equipment on and so I can lead them in a warmup. After warmup, I use basic drills to evalute their current skill level, habits, and what drills I can incorporate to help them improve. This evalution will not take up more than 20 minutes, no matter how many skills they want to cover. The rest of the lesson consists of the skill at its basic level, then working on separate parts before bringing multiple parts together at the end. If an athlete has more than one skill they would like to improve, it's their choice on if they want to work on them all in one lesson, or seperate each lesson to practice each skill.
For a speed and strength session, they typically wont last longer than an hour. Have the athlete show up 5-10 minutes early in case they need to change or switch shoes. They will then go through a guided warmup that will help activate the right muscles, then jump into the workout. Generally this consists of 2-3 circuits and prioritizes movement over maxes, so loads will start light. I will guide them through the process the whole way, ensuring they lift and move with safety. For more speed work ontop of strength, their will be access to a gym, agility ladder and various equipment.
I started coaching AAU club volleyball at the age of 16, where I coached two teams in 6th and 7th grade. By the age of 18, I was hired by Nike to help coach a 4 day volleyball skill camp and coached a 9th grade club team that year as well. In 2022, I started coaching for Adidas Revolution Sports Camps in Salt Lake City, UT, and started private lessons for girls and boys ranging from ages 12-17 in any position, for any skillset. Now by 2025, I continue to coach club, coach for Revolution Sports in UT and Idaho, and provide private lessons for any athletes asking for help. For future plans, I hope to assistant coach for a high school team in the fall ontop of where I'm already coaching. With coaching experience for speed and strength, I just earned my exercise science degree for personal training and sport performance. This summer, I plan on receiving my offical certification. Starting in 2021, I underwent sport performance coaching myself to jump higher, run faster, at a county business. It was training there and training under Jimmie Stitz, I found a passion for the results I would get. From there I pursued my career path under exercise science, interned under a sports performance facility in 2024 called Off the Field, and have written workout plans for those around me.

I'm a pretty optimistic person, and really love to talk and get to know my athletes. Where my #1 priority is to provide feedback and give an athlete many reptitions, I want their #1 priority to love what they're doing and love the process of learning. I want them to have fun!

We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
