I am an elite Pitt track and field alumna and dedicated coach with a mission to help young athletes master their mental approach to maximize their potential. I aim to equip athletes with the psychological tools and strategies to enhance athletic performance and foster healthy relationships within the sports environment. I will demonstrate these strategies through my certification with Dr. Christian Conte’s program, which uses Yield Theory to effectively get around people's defense mechanisms while listening, validating, and exploring options.

High school - I was the captain on my basketball and soccer team until I had to give up contact sports due to multiple concussions. I was recognized as one of USA Today’s Top 20 Inspirational athletes. I broke my high school's cross-country course record, the 1,600-track record, and the 3,200-track record. I placed 5th at the PA state track meet my senior year.
Division 1 College (The University of Pittsburgh) – I was on the 4x1500 relay team that broke a record on the Pitt track team. I was on the ACC and regionals team for cross-country and track. I was nominated as a captain on the track team. I was voted secretary for the student athlete advisory committee. I was nominated to go to the ACC Headquarters in North Carolina to meet with other student athletes advisory committee members within the ACC.
I will have athletes share the obstacles they are experiencing while competing. Help athletes learn how to unattach from their emotions and help create the athletic career they are aspiring to achieve. Provide athletes with actionable steps and tools to continue developing these skills outside of our sessions.
Each training session is an hour in duration.
Prior to our meeting the athlete will be provided an athletic DiSC assessment, used for understanding behavioral styles and communication preferences. In our first session we will review the DiSC assessment, and I will ask questions to learn more about the athlete as an individual.
Once I have a better understanding of how the athlete makes decisions, I will use Yield Theory curriculum to best guide them through any obstacles they are experiencing in life or while competing. The sessions will include workbook questions encouraging athletes to think through situations differently, visualization, meditation, and more.
I will provide a summary page for parents after each meeting.
Prior to moving to Florida, I was in charge of coaching athletes through a unique training program specifically tailored to basketball players. This workout included 7 large truck tires (no flipping) in which athletes would run through and do various circuits. Athletes saw a major increase in their vertical, functional strength, and overall speed. I also presented webinars with Dr.Christian Conte, renowned for helping top college and professional athletes sharpen their mind, to athletes in the Pittsburgh area.
My track and cross-country coach at The University of Pittsburgh. He took a vested interest in me as a person while helping me improve my athletic ability. He also tailored workouts to each individual based off of our training threshold.
I love helping people and making a difference in others’ lives. I have overcome a lot of adversity in my athletic career, which I have been able to apply the lessons I learned in life after sports. I was asked to speak at my high school graduation for the class of 2023. I have been described as a chameleon from my prior boss because of my ability to get along with various people.

Book and schedule your lessons through our platform.
Meet your coach in-person or virtually, and start chasing down your goals!
If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.
AU was created by former collegiate and professional athletes. We understand the benefits of training with a private coach. It develops discipline, boosts confidence, and provides an undeniable advantage - whether you are just learning the game or looking to earn a college scholarship. All AU coaches are required to pass a thorough onboarding process and we proudly showcase a 10% acceptance rate, so you can trust you're training with the best.
At the end of the day, our mission is to provide athletes with better opportunities to succeed through coaching. You won't find a platform, and group of dedicated specialists, more excited to help you achieve your athletic goals!
