Athletic Background
Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I have been swimming since a young child (as young as 4 years old), I swam for a swim club in middle school and swam on the varsity swim team throughout Freshman and Sophomore year for Shadow Ridge Highschool (2018-202) before quitting in my 3rd year. I specialized in 100free and 100back, with my best times for my freshman year in each respective event being 1.01.34(free) and 1.15.88(back). The following is an existing record of my times which shall serve as my proof of legitimacy.

Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
One of the best coaches I've ever had was the coach who taught me how to swim. She taught me excellently and created lesson plans not based off of some rigid curriculum, but based off of my own personal weaknesses and strengths. She provided me with a strong foundation with which I was able to develop and build off of. Without her I don't believe I ever would have qualified for any state level swim competitions. Much like her, I too boast a teaching style form fit to you or your child's needs.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I can swim all 4 competitive strokes to the High School state recognized level of proficiency. If you or your child is looking to gain a level of proficiency that exceeds that level, then I unfortunately am afraid that I most likely will not be able to help you very much.
Coaching Background
Summary of Coaching Background
I have coached both martial arts and swim for each more than 2 seasons/years, so I am very accustomed to teaching many people of many ages. I coached swim with the Centennial Hills YMCA as well as lifeguarded for them. Going into college(UNLV) I also taught a few lessons but was mainly a Lifeguard and First aid responder for the UNLV SRWC gym.
How can you help someone improve their game?
We will pick you apart, see what is working and see what is not. We will give you simple and concise ideas to digest and practice to create a strong foundation or to reinforce the foundation you already have in place. From there we will systematically add more and more ideas/techniques to help sharpen up your game! This is all whilst keeping in mind your abilities, competency and mental stack(how much your brain is working to put everything together, too much mental stack causes swimmers to jumble steps and techniques. We aim to turn mental stack into muscle memory as we advance!)
What does a typical training session look like?
We will most likely start off with a small consultation, a stretch, a review of last lessons material(if applicable) and see if we are in a position to advance further in your progress. I am a hands on/in the water teacher. I will will support you and provide you live demonstrations as well as recordings of your own technique as necessary. I will set clear goals for you to accomplish and develop a stable and easy to digest learning curriculum purely for your needs and your needs only.
