Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was an assistant coach I had in high school. He was able to teach the game in a unique way that was relatable to everyone. He also did a great job at connecting with players and pulling out the best in them.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Athletes and parents should know that I have experienced many things as an athlete, that I am now able to treat through mental performance coaching. The goal is not just to assist the athlete in becoming a better athlete, but also to help them see how these skills are transferrable and can help you become a better individual. As a mental performance coach, the process is collaborative and we are all on the same team with a common goal which is helping everyone become the best version of themselves.

How can you help someone improve their game?
I can help someone improve their game by teaching them skills to elevate their mental performance. Performance can be enhanced by engaging in psychological skills training and learning that the brain is a muscle that can be trained and taught.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical training session can be virtual or in person and will range between 45 and 50 minutes. The training session will be primarily up to the athlete in regards to what we work on. It is a collaborative process where I believe the athlete is the author of their own story, so the direction of the session will be based on their needs.
