Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Coach Benny was the kind of coach you will never forget. He wasn't just about the game- he was about the people playing it. Every player knew, without a doubt, that he genuinely cared. And that's what set him apart. Players will through walls for a coach who believes in them, and Benny made sure you knew he believed in you. He had the perfect balance of push and pull- demanding when he needed to be, but always with a purpose. He took the time to understand each player, learning what made them tick, what fueled their fire, and what held them back. He developed confidence. He had a way of making you want to be your best.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Athletes and Parents should know I am a passionate and experienced coach with 27 years of coaching experience, having worked with hundreds of athletes not only on the technical, tactical, and physical side of the game but also the mental side. I believe mindset is the key to success both on and off the field. I am dedicated to helping athletes and families develop the tools they need to perform and support their athletic journey. I prioritize creating a supportive, empowering environment where athletes feel seen, valued, and challenged to grow.

What does a typical training session look like?
Technical, Tactical, Physical Training: 1:1 sessions on the field. Training is customized per player.
Duration: 1 hour
Mental Performance Training: 1:1 session in person or Zoom (depending on location). Training is customized per player.
Duration: 30 mins- 1 hour
