Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I competed at the Texas State track and field meet 3 years in a row and received a division 1 scholarship to run track and field in college. I have experience coaching high school varsity boys and girls athletes.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
My high school track coach. To this day we still keep in touch. He is like a second dad to me. That man cried with me the first time I made it to the state track and field meet. He was always there to push me to do my best but in a way that didn’t make me hate the sport.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am hardworking, passionate, but also want what’s best for the athletes. I will push them to do their best and compete their best but also realize that everyone has a bad day and sometimes people are off and we can work through that. I have both been an athlete and coached athletes so I understand.

Summary of Coaching Background
I have coached athletes independently and also worked at a High School as a strength and conditioning coach and sports specific coach coaching both boys and girls sports at the varsity level. I am also an experienced personal trainer.
How can you help someone improve their game?
First I would assess and see how far along you are in knowledge and ability, and then we would figure out if we needed to start with the basics and perfect that and then move forward or if we need to focus on other things. For personal training I would first asses all your goals and then I would build a program fixed to those goals.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical sports session would look like: running drills, perfecting form, and practicing event like circumstances. In a typical personal training session we would work through each exercise perfecting form making sure you are getting the most out of your workout.
