Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was my high school football coach. He constantly challenged me to seek new standards for myself.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
First and foremost it's bigger than ball for me. Anyone who has ever been coached by me or had their son coached by me knows I am genuine, passionate about my craft and that's it's my person. You and your son/daughter will have a coach for life. He or she will not receive better training and development. Everyone I have coached has improved as a player and person.

How can you help someone improve their game?
The best way to improve someone's performance is by improving their confidence as well as by establishing a routine.
What does a typical training session look like?
It varies by sport. I believe in quality over quantity. Most sessions last 45 minutes t0 60 minutes.
2-5 minute overview / demonstration of the session
10 minute activation
30 minutes fundamentals and technique emphasis
10 minutes of game application
2-5 minutes closing remarks
