Growing up from ages 3-10 years old I was in gymnastics classes however I learned my strength was in power tumbling so I joined Cheerleading where I was the main tumbler on my competitive team until I was 13 years old. Eventually I found the very niche sport of Trampoline and Tumbling. In this sport I found my home, I reached level 9 and competed and medaled at several competitions including states, regionals, and nationals.
I help athletes improve their game by breaking down their movements, identifying inefficiencies or weaknesses, and developing targeted strategies to enhance their performance. This includes refining key aspects like strength, mobility, coordination, and sport-specific skills. I tailor training to their unique needs, ensuring they build a stronger, more agile, and efficient body that’s fully equipped to handle the demands of their sport. Ultimately, my goal is to help them perform at their peak by addressing both their physical and technical limitations, while also building confidence in their abilities.
A typical training session with me is tailored to the athlete’s specific goals and needs, but it generally follows a structured approach. We start with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body and reduce injury risk. Then, I incorporate plyometrics to enhance explosiveness and power, followed by strength training focused on building functional strength relevant to the athlete’s sport. Finally, we finish with speed and agility drills to improve quickness, reaction time, and overall athleticism, ensuring a well-rounded session that targets all key performance areas.
I began my coaching career at the age of 14 when I became an assistant coach for my Trampoline team. I was a trampoline and tumbling coach for 5 years. In that time I coached practices as well as on the competition floor including bringing a group of children to nationals on my own at the age of 19. As well as coaching, I judged the sport for 3 years as well. After taking time off of coaching to focus on school, I began coaching again as an intern for a sports performance company named Kinetic in the Philadelphia area. Eventually, after graduating, I accepted a job from them as head coach. In that role, I coached a wide range of athletes in strength and conditioning. The range of sports I had the pleasure to work with included baton twirling, soccer, baseball, ice hockey, volleyball, and many more.
The best coach I've ever had was my first Trampoline and Tumbling coach and her name was Kat. She was extraordinarily knowledgeable and goal-oriented while still being fun and encouraging. I learned a lot from her about challenging myself while still being kind to myself which was very important as a young impressionable girl. I also learned a lot about how to be an effective coach from her, I spent most of my time at practice glued to her side asking questions about what she was seeing as she was coaching and why she was making the decisions she was making. She is why I became a coach.
Athletes and parents should know that just as I expect a lot out of myself as a coach, I expect a lot out of the athletes that I work with. I love working with athletes who come into a session ready to work hard and sweat while keeping a good attitude!

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
