What should athletes and parents know about you?
Baseball is in my blood ...aside from my family, it has been the single biggest source of great memories, amazing friends, and character building experiences. Providing clear and precise instruction which correlates to improved performance is at the core of my training sessions. Each player will have different areas which they need to focus upon to achieve a next level, and the goal is to measure, train, and improve .

Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
I have coached players in grades 5-12 over the past 12 years; Cal Ripken and Little League Certified.
How can you help someone improve their game?
With my experience and background, I can quickly assess and identify "problem" areas for the player. As a player myself, I can immediately relate to their challenge and share what our next steps will be for the fix and improvement... Sharing video on the spot is also a big part of the learning experience which I correlate to the sessions.
What does a typical training session look like?
Dynamic warm up Discussion of the mental/emotional side of the game as this is an overlooked area Assessment of their current play/struggles Drills and communication to follow which will target the challenges at hand
