With a bachelor's in Exercise Science and Pedagogy and a master's in Mental Health, I’ve built a solid foundation in understanding the body and mind. Additionally, my specialized training in imagery training and hypnosis for athletic performance allows me to guide athletes in mastering their mental game. For 15 years, I’ve been coaching private athletes in strength training, beach volleyball, and mental performance, and have helped athletes from diverse sports such as rowing, cycling, soccer, basketball, and tennis, including national teams. My approach combines sport-specific training, mental rehearsal techniques, and a holistic mindset to help you achieve peak performance and reach your goals.

I am a highly accomplished professional volleyball athlete who began competing at the elite level from the age of 13. During my athletic career, I won four national tournaments with my team, earned second place in the Collegiate European Championship, and played in Greece's 1st League. My dedication, discipline, and mental resilience have defined my success as a competitive athlete, laying the foundation for my professional achievements. I am currently a competing beach volleyball athlete, continuing to showcase my passion and skills in the sport. Because I started competed professionaly at such a young age, I am now passionate about helping other teenagers excel in their sport by coaching them in volleyball, strength training, and mental performance—key areas that are especially helpful during this crucial stage of development.
I help athletes improve their game by completing mental coaching with physical training techniques to build focus, confidence, and resilience. using visualization, mental, rehearsal, and stress management strategies, I teach athletes how to calm under pressure, sharpen their focus, and overcome mental blocks. I also incorporate Breathwork and guided imagery to optimize performance and recovery, whether it’s strengthening the body, mastering, mindset, or improving, emotional regulation, my approach is designed to unlock the full potential both on and off the field.
A mental coaching session is Taylor to the athlete specific needs and goals. They typically start with a brave check in to assess their mental and physical state, followed by goal setting for the session. We might begin with breathing exercise exercises or guided visualization to calm the nervous system and sharpen focus. From there, we work on mental rehearsal techniques, visualizing, success, and overcoming challenges to build confidence and mental clarity.
For beach volleyball training, we begin with mobility work to enhance performance and prevent injury, and then we move to Sports specific exercises to improve technique and all the skills needed for athletes to excel.

I have a versatile, coaching background, specializing in strength, training, and mental performance for athletes across various sports. I have coached volleyball, basketball, and tennis athletes, was the head coach for varsity teams at the Hewitt school in New York City, and worked with Beach Volleyball players for Manhattan Youth, New York City. My experience also includes coaching young professionals in Greece and providing mental rehearsal techniques to Canadian Olympians in rowing. Additionally, I have guided golfers, mountain climbers, and cyclists through mental coaching, helping them build focus, confidence, and resilience. My diverse expertise combines physical training with mental strategies to unlock peak performance.
I often credit my first Coach, c.Dora, as one of my best coaches for instilling the principles of hard work, resilience and confidence, teaching us techniques that I still apply and teach today. My coach believed that success wasn’t just about physical training but also about mental preparation and visualization. Before every game, I was taught to mentally rehearse my movements, envisioning myself serving the ball flawlessly and executing winning plays. This mental imagery built confidence and focus, allowing me to perform under pressure.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
