I began playing soccer at the age of 6 in Birmingham, Alabama, and competed in travel soccer from ages 9 to 14. I was honored to serve as the captain of my middle school team during my 7th and 8th grade years. Unfortunately, soccer wasn't available at my high school, leading me to transition to football and track while continuing to be a devoted fan and student of the game. Throughout college, I stayed connected to soccer by playing pick-up games with friends and participating in intramural leagues. Today, I am proud to be a U.S Soccer Certified Coach with a promising career in the sport the that I have always loved.
I will improve a players skill 1st by assessing their current skills, evaluating strength and weaknesses. Secondly, I would develop a personalized plan, setting goals and milestones tracking improvements. A major focus on technical skills, honing in on dribbling, passing, 1st touch, shooting and defending. Physical fitness also, soccer requires fit players for peak performance! Next we will focus on Football IQ, enhancing the players tactical and positional awareness. Consistency is key with me leading by example and instilling confidence on and off the pitch. Lastly, I always praise player improvement and open the door for their feedback each session. I thrive off constructive criticism and keep on open door policy.
We will start off with a warm-up, do some technical skill development, tactical awareness, transition into a fitness piece, and end with finishing drills and fun challenges. Finally, we will have a cool down and open discussion and reflection. Occasionally, i will incorporate music and rhythm drills.
I began working with the youth at the age of 16 as a cabin counselor at an overnight camp called Children's Fresh Air Farm. I coached sports, led outdoor camping activities, and prepared home-cooked meals. I even read bed times stories! During high school, I served as a junior coach for the Birmingham Board of Recreation. In 2021, I transitioned to coaching soccer as a travel coach with Kensington Soccer Club, leading boys U16, U12, and U10 teams, including a Philadelphia Parks and Recreation (PPR) indoor championship with the boys' U10 team. As Lead Recruiter and Site Lead, I also recruited players and coaches for the program. Currently, I coach boys varsity soccer and co-ed track and field at Hill-Freedman World Academy. I also serve as Academy Trainer for Challenger sports and hold the position of Lead Coach at the prestigious Real Madrid Foundations Summer Camp.
The best coach I ever had was Coach Ron. He was my soccer coach 4th and 5th grade. He taught me all of my technical skill. He was a player first type of coach that specialized in player development. Not only did he teach me tactical awareness he taught me life skills. He would ask how my day was going or do i need help with anything. A positive role model that has inspired me to be a coach!
I am a certified U.S Soccer Referee, CPR trained, and hold certifications from both the National Federation of State High School Association (NFHS), and the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association. I am also U.S Soccer Grassroots certified working towards a D License. Additionally, I serve as a Lead Coach for the prestigious Real Madrid Foundations Summer Camp, where I contribute to developing players in alignment with one of the world’s leading soccer institutions!

After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
