Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach i ever had was my old WMCA coach, I can't say any coaches that taught me were my favorite besides him because they put me on a pedestal and always made me believe i was the best which was true for the area i lived i n. I got a big head and it drove me further from my peers. That coach taught me there wasn't truly a I in team and that there were always better players then me out there. He taught me there was nothing wrong with being the best but to do that i had to have the humility to accept i could always get better and learn from those around me. He taught me how to play with an actual team and for that I'll forever be grateful. There is never a point in being the best if your celebrating alone
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I was truly in love with the sports soccer and track, I was in the foster system my whole life since birth because of drug parents. Sports was always an outlet for me, there was nothing better then running and the burn in your muscles. Soccer was very much like the air i breathed to live. I was always improving and getting better and furthering the skill gap between the people i knew. I was in the army for 4 years and have learned a lot in that time and skills that truly will make me a better coach.

Summary of Coaching Background
Truthfully i have no coaching background besides volunteer coaching i did in the army
How can you help someone improve their game?
Soccer- the thing that has always separated kids in soccer at this stage is stamina, who has the strength and stamina to be on the field the whole time the clock is running. The big thing i would focus on with your child is they're overall stamina and ability to go short burst even when drained. The other big thing would be the child's core, believe it or not a lot of the more advanced dribbling and movement require a strong core when combined with kicking plus a strong core just helps stamina. I would go over very basic or advanced playstyle based on your kids skill level and help them find the position that best suites them. An example of this is i was a left wing and striker and a striker for most of my time and i excelled in these area's but when i got older i got put at fullback because the coach realized i had a quick brain and was able to move the field how i wanted. So i was still able to score goals but my skill was more utilized there. I'll be helping your child gain basic skill base in all areas. There's more but i figure it may be easier to talk about plans then make a huge long list
Track- will depend on the event
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical training session will look differently based off of time.
The longest and most advanced training I would offer is for 3 hours, this would cover these things:
- Stretching
- Running
- Dribble base drills
- workout
- teaching playstyles/movements
- special skill (varies on child's specialty)
- goal scoring on complicated angles
- sprint work
- free kicks
- cool down jog
- stretch
- overview and comments/ suggestions
Other sessions would be a mix of these depending on the time
