I played four years of high school football at Smithson Valley high school. I was part of a 5A Division One state championship team my senior year, a state finalist team my junior year, and contributed to district championship wins in my freshman, sophomore and junior years. I also earned 2nd Team All-State Academic honors.
I help athletes improve their game by focusing on the small details that lead to big results, such as proper technique, footwork, and mental focus. Through personalized training sessions, I teach proven drills and strategies from a state-caliber football program, tailored to each athlete’s needs. Beyond the physical skills, I emphasize discipline, confidence, and a strong work ethic to ensure growth both on and off the field.
A typical training session would start with a warm-up to get the body moving and prevent injuries, focusing on mobility and light dynamic stretches. Then, we’d move into position-specific drills, like route running for receivers, working on footwork, speed, and hand-eye coordination. we’d also do agility drills to enhance quickness and explosiveness, such as cone drills or ladder drills, to improve overall footwork and reaction time.
Next, we'd incorporate light conditioning to build endurance and ensure athletes can maintain their performance throughout the game, such as short sprints or shuttle runs. Throughout the session, I’d provide feedback and adjustments, helping the athlete focus on technique while also building mental toughness and focus.
We’d finish with a cool-down to help with recovery, incorporating static stretches, and a brief talk about the athlete’s progress and areas to focus on moving forward. The whole session would typically last around an hour, depending on the athlete’s goals and needs, with an emphasis on quality over quantity.
I have two years of experience coaching and mentoring young athletes, specializing in receiver techniques, speed, and agility. I’ve volunteered with church middle and elementary school groups and led a four-day circuit fitness camp for kids in grades 1st through 8th. My coaching incorporates drills and techniques from a state-caliber football program, ensuring athletes up to 8th grade receive high-quality, personalized training that builds both skills and confidence.
The best coach I’ve ever had is Coach Hill, my head coach at Smithson Valley. His mentorship over four years taught me discipline, leadership, and the importance of attention to detail, both on and off the field. He not only helped me grow as an athlete but also as a person, emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and perseverance.
Athletes and parents should know that I am deeply committed to helping young athletes develop their skills, discipline, and confidence both on and off the field. I emphasize the importance of mastering small details, such as proper techniques and finishing through the line, which are often overlooked but crucial for long-term success. I believe in honest and open communication, ensuring parents know exactly what their child is working on and how they’re progressing. My sessions are personalized to meet each athlete’s unique needs, focusing on their goals while creating a positive and encouraging environment. Above all, I aim to inspire a strong work ethic and the mindset to overcome challenges, helping young athletes grow into their full potential.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times.
