Athletic Background
Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I played four years of high school football as a quarterback, where I developed leadership skills and a strong understanding of the game. My dedication and impact on and off the field earned me the Unsung Hero Award, voted on by my teammates and coaches. I went on to play one year of college football as a quarterback before transitioning into coaching.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Head coach Jason Lebeau was the most influential coach in my career. He was not only a great leader and mentor but also played a pivotal role in my development both on and off the field. Even after I stopped playing, he kept me involved with the team, which ultimately helped me transition into coaching. His leadership and guidance continue to shape my approach as a coach today.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am not only someone who understands the physical demands of transitioning from high school to college sports but also the metal demands it requires from athletes. My weekly lessons will include 1 weekend session on the field working on improving physical skills and techniques and 2 virtual week night sessions going over film and navigating the recuriting process.
Coaching Background
Summary of Coaching Background
With 2.5 years of college coaching experience and a strong background in player development, I have worked with high school and college athletes as a position coach for outside linebackers, wide receivers, defensive backs, and running backs. I’ve coached at Western New England University and multiple elite football camps, specializing in skill development, conditioning, and football IQ. My experience in football operations also ensures a well-structured and professional approach to training.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I provide personalized, position-specific training to develop fundamental skills, game awareness, and athletic performance. My coaching focuses on refining techniques, increasing football IQ, and improving strength, speed, and agility. I also guide athletes through the recruiting process, helping them get noticed by college programs.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical session begins with a dynamic warm-up and position-specific footwork drills. From there, we focus on technical skill development, incorporating drills tailored to the athlete’s position. Strength, agility, and game-situation drills follow to enhance overall performance.
I also provide online sessions with film review, football IQ discussions, and personalized feedback to maximize development.
