Turning potential into performance, the difference between good and great

I’m a Division I women’s soccer player who’s been part of a team that won back-to-back Mountain West Championships, appeared in the NCAA Tournament, and earned a national ranking as high as #7. Through years of high-level training, I’ve learned what it truly takes to compete at the top. In my sessions, I teach the same skills and drills that got me to the D1 level, while also helping players build the mental edge that separates good from great. I’d love the opportunity to pass that knowledge on to your child and help them reach their full potential.

Get to know Coach Brooklyn

About Me:

Hi, My names Brooklyn! I’m 20 years old and absolutely love soccer, crafts, and animals. Growing up, I was always active and competitive; I played soccer, basketball, and even spent time rock climbing. When I’m not on the field, I love hanging out with my 8-year-old sister, who keeps me smiling. I try to live life with an “all in” mindset; whether it’s sports, coaching, or everyday life, I believe in giving 100% to everything I do. I’m excited to pass on my knowledge to the players I train, but I also believe they’ll teach me just as much in return. I look forward to growing and learning alongside them.

How I can help you improve your game:

I can help you improve your game by teaching the skills necessary not just to play, but to truly compete at a high level. My coaching style brings the perfect balance of intensity and enjoyment; the kind of energy that pushes you to grow without burning out. I believe training should fuel your love for the game, not drain it. More importantly, I focus on the mental side of soccer. Anyone can learn the technical skills, but to stand out at the next level, you have to master your mindset. Through my own experience as a Division I athlete, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes mentally to succeed, and I’ve built that into every session. I believe this approach can transform any player’s game, no matter where they are in their journey.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical session with me is highly structured to make the most of your time and effort. I take pride in running efficient, focused trainings that move smoothly between drills, ensuring every minute is purposeful. With experience in private coaching, I’ve learned which exercises truly deliver results and tailor each session to the player’s age, experience level, and position.

Most sessions follow a similar structure: we start with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up that includes light speed and agility work to prepare the body for training. From there, we move into individual technical work on the ball, such as cone dribbling, toe taps, and close control exercises. Next, we focus on passing and pattern play to develop first touch, vision, and ball control under pressure. Finally, we finish with position-specific drills such as shooting, crossing, or 1v1 defending; adjusting this portion to match each player’s goals and strengths.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I played high school soccer at Murray High School, where our team made several strong runs in the state tournament. I began my college career at Utah State University, where I was part of a team that won back-to-back Mountain West Championships, earned two NCAA Tournament appearances, and reached a national ranking as high as #7. I was also named a Mountain West Scholar Athlete and to Academic All-Mountain West. Since transferring to Saint Mary’s College, my time here has already been filled with memorable moments. Including a win over #16 Georgetown and helping our team to an 8-1-2 record so far this season. Personally, I’ve been fortunate to have some standout moments as well, like scoring against the #1 ranked team in the nation (Stanford) and netting a game-winning goal against Gonzaga in the final minute of the match.

Best coach I ever had:

The best coach I’ve ever had is my dad. He was not only my high school soccer coach, but also the person who first introduced me to the game. In high school, he pushed me to always give my best and taught me what hard work truly looks like. But what I appreciate most now, as a college athlete, is how his influence still grounds me. Whenever I get frustrated or caught up in the pressure of competition, his coaching reminds me of that little girl who fell in love with the game in the first place. He continues to help me reconnect with the joy that started it all.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

What I want athletes and parents to know about me is that I truly believe every player has untapped potential, and my goal is to help bring that out. In high school I worked with students in Unified Sports and it taught me how to adapt my coaching to different ability levels and learning styles. Growing up with two parents in education, I’ve developed a strong sense for how people learn and respond. I take pride in reading each athlete and adjusting my approach to bring out their best, helping them grow, compete, and love the game even more.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.

Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.

AU was created by former collegiate and professional athletes. We understand the benefits of training with a private coach. It develops discipline, boosts confidence, and provides an undeniable advantage - whether you are just learning the game or looking to earn a college scholarship. All AU coaches are required to pass a thorough onboarding process and we proudly showcase a 10% acceptance rate, so you can trust you're training with the best.

At the end of the day, our mission is to provide athletes with better opportunities to succeed through coaching. You won't find a platform, and group of dedicated specialists, more excited to help you achieve your athletic goals!
