About Me:

With over 35 years of experience as a player and coach, I have built a career dedicated to excellence in football and athlete development. As an Offensive Coordinator, I have led teams to multiple championships, including six New York City PSAL titles and a Pasco County District title. My coaching has produced standout athletes, including a running back who achieved 1,874 yards and 18 touchdowns in a single season. Beyond team success, I specialize in training athletes for peak performance, position-specific skill development, and fostering leadership both on and off the field. My philosophy centers on building respect, accountability, and a culture of excellence, empowering athletes to succeed in sports and life.

I help athletes improve their game by taking a personalized, holistic approach to their development. First, I evaluate their strengths, areas for improvement, and overall understanding of the game. From there, I create tailored training plans that focus on mastering fundamentals, refining position-specific skills, and building physical conditioning.

I also emphasize mental preparation—helping athletes develop confidence, resilience, and the ability to analyze and adapt during gameplay. Through film study, constructive feedback, and detailed drills, I ensure they understand not just what to do but why it’s effective.

Beyond technique and strategy, I foster a culture of discipline and accountability, encouraging athletes to set goals and push themselves to exceed them. By combining these elements, I empower players to elevate their performance and unlock their full potential on and off the field.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical training session last 2 hours in a structured, high-energy, and designed to target both physical and mental aspects of the game. Here's what it usually entails:

Warm-Up and Activation (15 minutes):

Athletes start with dynamic stretches, mobility drills, and light cardio to prepare their bodies and prevent injuries. Position-specific activation drills are included to focus on relevant muscle groups.

Skill Development (30 minutes):

This segment is focused on refining fundamentals and mastering position-specific techniques. For example:

Quarterbacks: Footwork, throwing mechanics, and timing with receivers.

Wide Receivers: Route running, catching drills, and hand-eye coordination.

Running Backs: Ball security, agility, and pass protection.

Team Concepts and Game Situations (30 minutes):

Athletes work on play execution, situational awareness, and communication during 7-on-7 drills or simulated game scenarios. This helps translate individual skills into cohesive team performance.

Speed, Conditioning, and Strength (30 minutes):

High-intensity conditioning drills, explosive movements, and endurance-building exercises are incorporated to improve physical fitness.

Cool-Down and Mental Preparation (15 minutes):

The session ends with static stretching, recovery exercises, and a team huddle. During the huddle, we discuss key takeaways, set goals for improvement, and reinforce the mental focus needed to excel.

Each session is goal-oriented, data-driven, and adapted to the athlete's developmental needs to ensure consistent progress and performance enhancement.

My career highlights include serving as an Offensive Coordinator, Assistant Head Coach, and position coach for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers. I am also the 2024 Baker Mayfield Coach of The Camp Award Winner. I have led teams to multiple championships, including six New York City PSAL titles and a Pasco County District title. If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
