After overcoming an ACL injury, I transitioned into coaching and helped rebuild a struggling U10 girls team into an undefeated group by focusing on fundamentals, strength, and self-belief. About Me:

I am a passionate soccer coach and former ECNL player dedicated to developing confident, resilient athletes. My journey from competitive player to coach was shaped by overcoming an ACL injury, which deepened my understanding of both the physical and mental sides of the game. I focus on building strong fundamentals, integrating strength and conditioning, and fostering a positive team environment where players feel supported and challenged. My goal is to help athletes grow not only in skill, but in confidence, discipline, and love for the game—on and off the field.

I help players improve their game by focusing on both skill development and confidence. I break down the fundamentals, reinforce proper technique, and create training sessions that challenge players at their level while pushing them to grow. I also emphasize strength, movement, and game understanding so players become more comfortable and confident in real match situations. Most importantly, I take time to understand each player’s goals and mindset, providing encouragement, honest feedback, and support to help them believe in themselves and reach their full potential.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical training session with me as a coach is structured, purposeful, and player-centered. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up focused on mobility, injury prevention, and light conditioning, often incorporating the ball to keep players engaged and game-ready from the start.

The main portion of training emphasizes technical development and decision-making through drills that are realistic and game-based. I focus on ball control, passing, movement off the ball, and situational awareness, while adapting exercises to the age and skill level of the players. I place a strong emphasis on positive reinforcement, ensuring players understand not only how to perform a skill, but why it matters in a game situation.

Strength and conditioning are integrated throughout the session rather than treated as a separate component. I incorporate exercises that build strength, balance, and endurance while still involving the ball, helping players develop physically without losing focus on technical growth.

Group sessions typically conclude with small-sided games or competitive activities that encourage teamwork, communication, and confidence. I use this time to reinforce lessons from training while allowing players the freedom to apply skills in a supportive environment. Throughout the session, I prioritize creating a positive, motivating atmosphere where players feel challenged, confident, and excited to improve both on and off the field.

I hold athletes to high standards while always leading with encouragement and respect. If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.
