Why Train With Me?

Hello everyone, good morning, why hire me? A little bit about my story. I started playing baseball when I was four years old in an organized way. Since then I represented my state in national competitions, until I reached the last category. I played two more years in class A in my country Venezuela, then I played baseball and softball until today. I have more than 15 years dedicated to teaching how to play baseball and softball and to training active players to develop and/or correct their performance in the game, improving and perfecting it. A significant number of baseball players that I trained personally, then entered important academies directed mostly by former MLB or professional baseball players in Venezuela. My work system is individual and progressive, which means that I design each baseball player his own training plan according to his knowledge and conditions. I also keep a statistical record that measures their progress over time. It is very important that it doesn't matter if you have been told that you are not good at a sport, if you want to play it I will train you and you will get great results. On the other hand, I not only work on the practical part, but also the physical and mental part necessary to be able to succeed in this and other sports. Apart from my experience as a baseball player and coach, I also took a course to be an official scorer for Venezuelan professional baseball, directed by Mr. Gil Reyes, Official Scorer for the Navegantes del Magallanes, a Venezuelan professional baseball team. Contact me and you will see the results soon

Athletic Background

Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I have played baseball and softball for over 30 years, always representing my state in all categories in the national games, receiving awards as best pitcher, best outfield and best infield in different years.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I had was Mr. Luis Marine, who not only taught me the basic fundamentals of the sport but also gave me his time so that I could become a better baseball player and a better person.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
If your child has the skills, wants to work and likes sports, I am willing to get the best out of them so they can get to where they want to go. I also focus on the areas where they have less potential to take them to the required level and more

Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
As a coach for over 10 years I achieved several championships and runner-up positions.
How can you help someone improve their game?
There are many baseball schools and academies run by former baseball players who have vast knowledge of the sport, but they do not work on the individual details, so I have seen many children drag an error for years, whether in batting, fielding and even throwing a ball, which prevents them from progressing in the same.
What does a typical training session look like?
Once I have confirmed the child's health, I draw up an individual progressive plan that will be developed step by step. I am not of the idea that the child should leave practice tired, but rather with knowledge of how we are going to work and what he should do to improve his skills. Basically, we start with a little talk, where I explain what we are going to do, then we do stretching, arm warm-up, outfield plays, infield plays, pitching and catching, and base running, and we finish with a final exercise.
