I am a high-level technical trainer who focuses on critical details to elevate a players game in 4 sessions or less! --- When we begin our training together, the primary focus will be on elevating your production and overall performance in games as quickly as possible. Essentially, we train to improve you without drastically changing the player you already are (we want to improve your performances, not change you...but we can touch on this more later when we connect). --- By touching on some key details in your approach to the ball, or the game, you will find more opportunities to produce for yourself and your team. --- The details will be those that you would not otherwise get from training on your own or with an inexperienced coach/trainer. --- Some aspects of your game that you can expect to improve on in our first sessions are as follow: *Confidence keeping the ball at your feet while dribbling in open spaces or in 1v1/1v2 situations. *Receiving the ball with variety of techniques and angles *Turning, before and after receiving the ball (whether there is a defender on your back or not) *Ball striking (passing and shooting) *Balance *Overall play with both feet --- We could do a thousand touches, 500 shots, skills moves and dribbling in cone patterns, though we likely won't since you should be doing those on your own time already- you also won't need to hire me for those (unless you're an absolute beginner or you truly find difficulty in the mechanics of the movements)! --- So now, what are you waiting for? Through continuous positive reinforcement and purposeful repetitions. I challenge my players to challenge themselves by focusing on micro-technical details that allow them to remain in their "player" frame. When combining that with explanations of concepts and ideas of when, where, how, and why to implement different techniques, statistical production or general influence of the game will increase.

A typical training session is full of positive reinforcement and purposeful repetitions.
Training is very detail oriented and technically focused in the following 5-part structure:
1. Ball-free activation specific to the mechanical movements we will be training.
2. Ball-inclusive activation specific to the technical movements we will be training.
3. Implementation of the activation in scenarios relative to the players current game experiences at a *low/medium-intensity to build comfort while developing progressive habits conducive to the training *(intensity is assessed and determined relative to the quality and fitness of the player at my discretion)
4. Increase of intensity to a medium/high level and adaptations to the game-like scenarios
5. Time spent evaluating performance throughout the session and for player-coach collaboration in creating new game-like scenarios to train. (This will cultivate creativity, Soccer IQ, and understanding of the basic concepts of the game without specificity or limitation to any one particular tactic or style of play. It will also allow me build confidence and rapport with the player, to better understand their approach or vision to the game and their training, as well as help to progress into their next session.

It's difficult to pinpoint one because they have all had different influences on me and their approach has been different depending on the level at which I was playing and the ambitions I had for myself....
Overall though, I could say that my college soccer coaches or my first men's amateur soccer coach influenced me tremendously because they invested in me, as an athlete and a person, and taught me extensive details on how to compete at a high level and progress onto the next.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
