Why Train With Me?

I want to see inspiration light you up!If life is the play, then we are the players, and the same goes on the soccer field. I feel it is my job to help you find the performance state where you and life feel as one, where effortlessness takes over and the true creator comes forth leading to fresh, inspired action in the field of play.

Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Coach Eric Vorcheimer, for sure, while I was playing with Buckingham United. His consistency as a man, his courage to challenge us as players to try new things, his invitation to perform outside of the imagined box in our minds, and his dedication to practicing deliberately and with intensity.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
The deepest desire in my heart is to see athletes consciously experience themselves as the creator of their own lives. Sport is a gift in that it can be the space where we can freely be the creator on the field of play, and in turn, having that foundational experience, we can then implement that creator-state in other areas of our lives, leading to a more fulfilled, joyful life.

How can you help someone improve their game?
By opening a player's mind and helping them to see that true improvement in our game happens when we move beyond the known.
What does a typical training session look like?
It will be in 3 parts: 1). Game focusing on improvement in fine motor skills, release of nervous energy, and what it's like to feel intensity. 2). Series of competitive activities that focus on different skill repetition. In order to become a creator on the field of play, one of the prerequisites to this state is to become such a master at certain skills, that we no longer need the thinking mind to perform those skills. 3). Match environment where we can practice deliberately to marry the intensity and skill development from the first two parts, which in turn will open the door for the creator to peek through.
