When I was younger, growing up playing soccer, I always had a drive when it came to holding training sessions with my teammates. I tended to always want to teach, and see how my teammates skills would develop. It became very clear to me once I got to college, that coaching was what I enjoyed doing most. Getting to know a player for who they are and helping them accomplish specific goals, such as dribbling, shooting, positioning on the field, are things that I enjoy being a part of. You should train with me because my goals are your goals, and together we will get there. I look forward to seeing you out on the field!

I began playing soccer when I was 6 in my local recreational league. (Sterling, VA)
I began to play travel soccer when I was 10 for Vasquez Soccer Academy. While I was there we managed to get to the final of the VA state cup. It was a great experience, our team went from playing in ODSL, the lowest travel tier in VA, to being the 2nd ranked team in the state.
Later on in my career I joined FC Virginia United 01. While playing a year up, I developed my skills profoundly. Playing under Richie Burke motivated me to improve in every aspect. At FCV I won the state cup 2 times, finalist at regionals, and played at the national championships in Frisco, TX.
I finished my career at Loudoun Soccer Club playing ECNL. Here I focused a lot on sharpening my game, and becoming quicker on and off the ball because that would better help me transition to college.
Park View High School - I played varsity soccer since I was a freshman. I started my sophomore year and managed to make 2nd team all state. As a team we went undefeated leading up to states where we lost in the semi finals. My junior year was cut short due to COVID. My senior year we went undefeated again, leading up to state quarterfinals, where we lost to James Wood High School, the school that I would eventually be the head coach for. I would eventually be indicted into Park Views Athletic Hall of Fame
The last team I played for was Shenandoah University Men’s Soccer. I started as a freshman, playing 13-15 games with over 1000 minutes played. I enjoyed playing there, and the players around me made everyday easier. My sophomore year I made the decision to stop playing due to personal reasons.
I take the fundamentals of soccer very seriously. I believe that if you learn how to dominate the ball and understand every touch it’ll take. It’ll be easier to develop new skills after that. I like to listen to athletes, their goals, and specific skills they would like to improve. In order to build a training plan for them.
Sessions vary depending on what we’re working on. A general session looks like:
Stretching/Ladder work 10 min
Jog leading to sprints 10 minutes
Water break
Balance drill with and without ball
5-10min
Ball dominating( ladder work with ball and juggling) 10-15 minutes
Target passing, shoulder checking drill 10 min
Target passing, in game movements, shadow play 15min
Defensive positioning, leading to target pass 10 min
Dead ball drill
Finishing and delivery
Check in with player, to recognize anything they want to work on.
Set piece drill focusing on ball placement and consistency 10 min
Stretching 5-10 min
I was the head coach for both junior varsity and varsity at James Wood High School in 2021 and 2022.
The best coach I have played under is Richie Burke, not because of professional background, but because of how he managed to motivate players. He would pay attention to every detail in your game and helped you get rid of bad tendencies while on the ball. He also helped his players develop communication on the field. His philosophy was always giving your teammates two options to pass to every time, it made the game easier. Being a holding mid, he helped understand what my job was, and the responsibilities I had to take care of. Under him I became the player, and coach I am.
I’m very dedicated, knowledgeable, and in love with the game of soccer, my goal is to help you meet your goals when it comes to the sport, and support you in your athletic career.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times.
