While younger than most coaches, I hold 10+ years of coaching experience at the youth and high school levels where I have worked with a multitude of athletes that eventually have gone on to play anywhere from the NCAA D1-D3 level. During this time I have been working alongside high-school and college athletes during my internships as a part of my Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. Through these, I was able to treat sports injuries and/or assist athletes with overall conditioning and wellness while in-season. While coaching at the high school level, I have been heavily involved in the execution the strength and conditioning program for both new and experienced athletes and take a team environment with an individual approach. While athleticism is important to the game, I also strive towards continuous improvement and prioritization of development of core values and strong behaviors associated with successful and secure young adults. I seek to impact lives, not bodies. I have coaching and training experience with athletes competing at the D3-D1 level in various sports (football, soccer, and lacrosse).
Since I started coaching at CB East since 2022, average points per game for my freshman team has doubled, athletes see roughly 100-175% increase in strength numbers for powerlifts (bench, squat, deadlift).
Currently pursuing Doctorate of Physical Therapy with intent on specializing in sport medicine.
Currently pursuing Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. CSCS is the gold-standard certification for S & C coaches at the NCAA level and beyond.
I focus on primarily on developing a winner's mentality. I want my athletes to love what they are doing and find greater purpose than simply just playing the sport. Developing and fostering an environment for mental and emotional personal growth is just as important to me as the physical.
As for how I impact results, I want to always emphasize perfecting and repeating key movements and skills that require plenty of reps that often get overlooked by coaches in a formal practice setting due to various reasons. I believe that perfecting and optimizing the motion of the human body, especially in younger humans (kids/young adults), can unlock their performance on gameday. I tend to apply my knowledge of the human body and understanding of it's movement systems to everything we do.
Location to be set after initial contact with athlete/parent/guardian. Typically will be at local sites with public access and convenient for your transportation needs.
Typical session, individual or group, is 60 min long with the following set-up:
0-5 min Goal Setting/Updates
5-10 min Warm-Up
10-20 min Circuit Training
20-45 min Sport-specific Skills and Drills
45-55 min Self-Competition
55-60 min Recap/Goal Setting/Cool Down
This schedule is not strictly enforced, as athletes have varying levels of need and want different things out of training.
Award Winning Student Coach at Warrington Warriors Football 2014-2017 (BuxMont Champions and 2 regional game appearances in 2017). Volunteered as Assistant for Strength and Conditioning in 2018 before graduation and continued volunteer status through 2021 while earning my Bachelor's Degree. Hired at alma-mater, Central Bucks East, as full-time staff as Freshman Offensive, Special Teams, and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator in 2022. Still here currently while earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Some experience coaching basketball as well.
The best coach I ever had is/was my dad. He coached me at the Pee-wee level and instilled a love for continuous personal improvement, while also supporting a love for the game of football. He continues to coach me, as I am his assistant coach at Central Bucks East. With 20+ years of coaching experience, he continues to be a guiding light and valuable promoter a good habits, since he knows my future plans of eventually coaching at a higher level in an expanded role upon completion of school. I am forever grateful for him as a coach, but even more so as a father.
I may be young, but I always approach my athletes as individuals with each of them having different levels of needs for their success. I love the sport, but I find greater purpose in elevating others to great heights through my countless hours of research, coaching experience, and youthfulness. If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
