Clean, Repeatable Swing Mechanics That Build Real Confidence
Eastwood golfers work on the fundamentals — grip, stance, posture, alignment, and a smooth, efficient swing path. Coaches break each piece into simple, repeatable movements so athletes build consistency that holds up on the course.
Movement Patterns Designed for Balance, Power, and Control
Training emphasizes rotational strength, weight transfer, tempo, and body awareness. Athletes learn how to generate power without losing control, helping them strike the ball more cleanly and predictably.
Using Eastwood’s Courses and Open Spaces for Purposeful Reps
Coaches take advantage of local practice areas to run putting circuits, chipping stations, full‑swing sessions, and on‑course decision‑making drills. Athletes get meaningful reps that build instincts, not just isolated technique.
Teaching Golf IQ Through Real Situations
Players learn how to manage the course, choose smart targets, read greens, and stay composed after tough shots. Coaches use guided scenarios to help athletes understand strategy, pacing, and how to make confident decisions under pressure.
Personalized Coaching That Matches Each Golfer’s Style and Goals
