Gene and Elaine Williams, a married couple with a history in college sports, founded Athletes Untapped to simplify how families connect with private coaches. After enjoying their own experiences as private coaches, they realized there was no easy way for coaches to expand their business reach. This inspired them to create AU, a platform designed to connect young athletes with high-quality coaching while helping coaches grow. With a mission to improve the trajectory of young athletes, Gene and Elaine blend their expertise in sports and technology to make impactful coaching widely accessible.
Our coaches at Athletes Untapped deliver basketball training focused on dribbling, shooting, and mental toughness. Lessons are designed to refine technique, boost confidence, and instill resilience. Former college/pro athletes bring unique expertise to help players overcome challenges and achieve success both on the court and beyond.
