Gene and Elaine Williams founded Athletes Untapped to link aspiring athletes with vetted private coaches for one-on-one training. As former college athletes and private coaches, they loved mentoring kids but noticed a lack of tools for coaches to grow their reach. Inspired by platforms like Airbnb and Rover, they built AU to empower coaches and transform young athletes’ lives. Backed by their experience in tech and sports, Gene and Elaine aim to expand access to impactful coaching that helps young athletes excel both on and off the field.
Athletes Untapped ice hockey training focuses on critical skills like skating, shooting, and puck handling. Through private and group lessons, coaches teach players to maneuver effectively, enhance control, and improve passing, helping them build confidence and excel on the ice.
